Always have amazing experiences when coming here. The staff is so knowledgeable and very kind. Jonathan helped me today when I got my pet hamster. He mad my experience fast and easy. I'm so in love with my new fur baby. Make sure yall ask for Jonathan.

    Poor service

Booked an appointment online for a basic dog bath and nail trim. Checked in with no issues. Got a call 20 minutes later that my dog was too big and they weren't able to complete the service. I went in to get him and they informed me he was soaking wet from a bath but they weren't able to dry him and that he pooped in the crate and got it on himself. Attached is a photo of his nail trim. No wonder he wouldn't let them keep working on him. Very unimpressed with the service and condition I got my dog back in. I now have to take additional time off of work to visit my vet to fix the dog's mangled toenails... Save yourself the time and money.

Where does one even begin? Very disappointed, my husband and I arrived last night around 6:30 to purchase a fish for my daughter the first encounter was with the young man by the fish area asked if we needed help we responded yes we are looking for a fish and we'll let you know and his response just Threw me off guard he said these exact words " oh yes cus right now is the perfect time to get a fish this late" i did not respond then he comes back and says well I'm leaving in a bit someone else can help you we just said ok cool , then he comes back like 2 minutes later & says well I'm leaving now and we just said ok have a good evening & he then says sarcastically " oh you guys have a very very good night" Okay we then continued our search we ended deciding on a golfish we asked another young lady who was there putting things back where they go she was not much of a help AT ALL !! Once she gave us the fish she did not explain to us how to care for the fish I even asked her what do I get for the fish it's my first time we have one & she just shows me the glofish area, I was so confused but okay we got whatever is in the receipt from what we came up with, excited we got home set up the tank and we added the water conditioner let it sit for about 30 mins we then added the fish in with the water he came with as well. Excited we showed our daughter she was so happy. Checked on the fish about 1 hour later & he was dead, I then googled what can possibly be the issue and turns out we also needed another type of water cleaner and the conditioner together, if I had any help getting prepared to take a fish home I doubt he would've died. So thanks a lot for your lack of help & now I have to visit petsmart where I probably will get a lot better of help!!

I've been coming here since my puppy was 4 months old and have loved my experience with their grooming department! Elaina has been my pup's #1 groomer and is honestly the absolute B E S T with him! From his first bath and his first real haircut and more baths after that, she has done such an AMAZING JOB! I seriously think my pup isn't afraid of the groomers because of how well she has treated him since he was a pup. Thank you Elaina for your kindness, hard work and patience! I always know my pup's in good hands and will come back clean and floofy!

After several training inquiries with multiple companies, I immediately heard back from Karma, and a call with the owner was set up. He asked me all about Juice and explained the options he thought would be best. After deciding on "board and train" he said he thought he had the perfect person in mind and they would reach out soon. A couple days later I received correspondence from Sammye Darling, a trainer for Karma, who wanted to set up a call to talk about Juice. During our call she was very confident that she would be able to help with teaching him basic obedience and jumping. We settled on a 10 day timeframe with the expectation that it would be imperative to continue the training ourselves afterwards. (She would've preferred 14 days because that last few days is really when the training sinks in but I assured her we would stay on it) Scheduling was easy and convenient while we went out of town on vacation. Sammye was warm, gentle, and friendly upon dropping Juice off with her and I trusted her immediately. She stayed in constant communication with us, sending pictures, and updates on his progress. He took some time, he's stubborn, but eventually she saw the switch and said he was doing great! I missed him so much but knew he was in good hands with Sammye. Fast forward 10 days later and the day came to pick him up and I couldn't wait to see him. I'll spare you all the details of baby talk, kisses, hugs, etc. but it was a joyous reunion that had us in awe of the things he had learned. We spent about an hour there learning the commands, how to reward them, and practicing before heading home. She worked wonders and we were so excited to go home and continue the work. Before leaving we scheduled our follow up in person training session for a couple weeks out so Sammye could come see him in his own environment and see if we actually kept up with the training which we did! He is doing great! No, he's not perfect and we're still working on certain things but he's a different dog in many aspects. He has a "place" for when we're eating and now does it without asking and gets "off" the bed when it's time (he's too big to sleep with us) so he has his own. Those are two giant wins for us and we can't thank Sammye enough! He learned so much more and we continue to work with him everyday. Karma was professional and quick to respond which is always something I appreciate. Sammye, our trainer, was a delight who was professional, caring, thoughtful, hard-working, and made Juice feel right at home (in her own home) while teaching him some manners. I can't recommend her enough! Juice definitely missed her and was so excited to see her when she came over which further solidified how amazing she was. Call Karma and ask for Sammye as your trainer. You won't regret it!

TLDR: Our dog was attacked and they claim that he scratched himself. First photo is a pic from them…read moreand the rest are after the area was shaved for veterinary care. Judge for yourself if the injuries are scratches or bite marks and if a dog is physically able to scratch itself on the inside of its ear. They are very clearly puncture wounds to us and our vet. --------------------------------------- Dropped off our blind dog 11.24.2025 at roughly 3pm. The morning of 11.28.2025 we received a message that his ear had been bleeding and they believed it was from scratching so they provided him with the expected medical care. Afternoon of 11.29.2025 they told us he was "shaking". My wife was able to pick him up early and take him to the emergency vet (Saturday evening and regular vet closed) who shaved and treated the area and gave him antibiotics. We did follow-up with our regular vet and they determined that the injuries were puncture wounds from a dog attack. When we told them Fur Paws said the injuries were from him scratching himself they looked at us like we had just told them 1 + 1 = 3. In spite of the records we provided from the vet showing his treatment history and their diagnosis of "dog bite wounds and vestibular disease" Fur Paws claims he arrived there with some condition that led to him scratching himself (on the inside of his ear too!). He arrived 11.24, they noticed wounds 11.28, and by the afternoon of 11.29 he was shaking so he had a fever. It takes 24-72 hours for infection and then a fever to occur so one can do the math on their claim that he arrived with an ailment already. Then you add in that these are clearly not scratch marks and you see that they're questioning our intelligence with their explanation. Send your dog here at your own risk.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS .... $300 down the drain and they won't refund or return my calls or texts…read more In January, I contacted the owner Dean about helping me find a breed of puppy that is hard to find. I told him I'd already done my research and was speaking to a couple of breeders outside Texas and that everyone in Texas does not have any puppies available in the near future. After 2 phone calls, Dean - with his big vibrato, told me he would help me search and find me a puppy for $300 (which would include locating a puppy and a first kennel training session once the puppy is home.) after I paid the $ he went quiet. I only heard from him 1 more time - when I CALLED HIM a week later to ask about any progress. He told me he emailed the 2 breeders I was already in touch with and he had asked around Texas and that there are no puppies available in the near future ( which I had already TOLD HIM.) I contacted the 2 breeders he said he emailed (mostly because I didn't know what he would say and worried his bold personality might be off putting) and they both said they had NOT received any communication from him, at all. So, I gave it a few weeks and decided to text Dean a polite professional text asking for the return of my $300 since he did not in fact do anything. .... His reply... NOTHING ... so I resent the text and called his # and left a message a few days later ... NO REPLY. Dean just ghosted me after he swindled me out of $300. Bad business person, aggressive personality, con man. I do not recommend Dean or Club Canine

The results have been nothing less than incredible. In puppy 1 they teach you how to work with your dog on basic skills and necessary everyday things like leash walking. The environment is fun & encouraging! They also have puppy play time so my timid little guy could get used to other dogs and become more social. Puppy 2 expands on that training and adds duration, distance and distractions and how to ween your puppy of treats while training. (Plus a few new tricks & skills.) The puppy day school is my dog's favorite day of his week! He can't wait to go and doesn't want to leave. To clarify, It is actually school not day care. Their ratio of dogs to trainer is approx: 3-1, and all day long they work on training as well as acclimating him to everyday life which includes: noises, different people, objects with wheels, obstacle courses, crate training, playtime, doggie pool time... etc etc. They even give you a report card at the end of the day and talk with you about it EVERYDAY at pick up. Stephanie & her amazing staff are super caring and has really bonded to my dog. I have never experienced anything but welcoming-happy your here attitudes, positive vibes, but most importantly it's a loving / nurturing environment for my dog! They know absolutely nothing about how to train cats. We have been keeping our cats separated because of fighting, so we hired a trainer to come out to our home to help us reintegrate them. Before the trainer came, she asked us to have the cats in their harnesses, even though our cats have had zero harness training and for them to be in separate rooms where they can't hide from her, which was an odd request. She spent absolutely no time trying to bond with our cats and decided that on the very first day, the cats were ready to be in the same room together. What? They haven't been in the same room together in months. They are wearing harnesses, which they do not like wearing, there is a stranger in close proximity, and they have been put in the same room together. What could go wrong. Needless to say, everything went wrong. The cats freaked out. They were so stressed. One was trying desperately to hide, but was trapped by the trainer. To top it off, the trainer texted later and thought the cats seemed relaxed when she left. OMG, seriously. It was a terrible experience for the cats and for us. You don't have to be an animal behavior specialist to know all the things the trainer was doing was wrong. Any pet owner with any common sense would know that. We canceled the rest of the sessions. Lost our $250 deposit and money for the training session. What is more disappointing is the owner of the company, Dr. Savage, never reached out to ask why we canceled the rest of the sessions and never asked about our experience with the trainer. You would think, as the owner, she would want to know what happened.

The staff was tremendously compassionate, helpful and comforting to me as I faced my dog's final day. I was referred to VEG by my dog's vet. We arrived to continue her care after her vet closed for the day. As soon as I walked in carrying my blanket covered baby, they led me into their open concept care area. There were maybe a dozen or so examination tables and several kennels along the walls and there's also, I think, two surgery rooms and a couple of dimly lit rooms for saying goodbye. Clients see what's going on with every pet at the different examination tables. Sadly I witnessed a dog die after the staff tried giving it chest compressions for what felt like forever. They really seemed to try and give it their all. It was the saddest thing to witness, especially knowing my dog was likely headed in that same direction. I lost it and cried. One of the many bouts of tears I had that day. Unlike the exam tables, the surgery and goodbye rooms are private. Dr. Burbano and staff examined my dog to see if there was anything they could do and they gave me my options and the corresponding prices. The price went up the longer they cared for my dog. I could leave her there for 24 hours, 12, 8, 4 etc and I could stay with her the whole time. I could tell there wouldn't be any progress if I left her there longer so I ended up leaving her for 8-10 hrs, enough time for progress to hopefully be made but not so long as to avoid the inevitable and to have an unnecessarily high bill. After hours on the exam table they moved her to a kennel. From the kennel she was moved to a dimly lit room where I held her in my arms for hours and said my goodbyes as she was hooked up to an IV. While in the room, a staff member went over end of life options with me, private or group cremation, different urns etc. Paying for everything was very convenient. They texted me the itemized pricing for both my dog's car and end of life options and you pay from your phone, never having to leave your pet's side. My dog's cremated remains and end of life items where delivered to my home I believe a week or two later. The postal worker ( not a VEG employee) was also kind and compassionate during the delivery. I loved how caring the VEG staff was, how well they explained everything, and that they were very understanding and didn't rush me at all. I greatly appreciate my dog's veterinarian referring me to VEG and I would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing a pet emergency or saying goodbye to their precious furry one.
