Absolutely terrible experience. Brought my dog here for his first groom and dealt with a punks kid with purple hair and gelled Mohawk. He was not friendly at all and didn't welcome my dog. Instinctively, my dog wasn't comfortable with this guy and the guy made zero effort to comfort my dog. He ended up calling me 1 minute into the groom saying they needed to abort the grooming. This guy is lazy, uncaring, and ultimately shouldn't be in this line of work. Beware of dropping your dog off with the purple haired Mohawk guy,

I have taken my dog to many grooming salons over the years. Hands-down my experience at this grooming salon was far better than any other. Savannah in grooming was very patient with my dog and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her!

Used the groomers. Friendly service, fast and a good value. This gal below came out happy. ****Sent both dogs. Very good job.****

    My dog

they cut my dogs hair all the way off he looked like a whole another dog but it ok because his hair with grow back but I would never go back it must of been their first day be no way I'm disappointed

DO NOT take your dog to get groomed here. I brought my shih tzu here to get a hair cut by Diana and she cut my dog's inner leg so bad that he had to get sutures! She took a quarter-sized chunk of skin off at his groin, which she said got caught in the razor. I understand that mistakes can happen but this was INEXCUSABLE carelessness. My dog is traumatized after being butchered by this place, then having to be sedated and stitched back together. The store paid for the vet bill, via a vet of THEIR choosing but it's very little consolation after what my dog had to go through. It's been a horror story straight out of hell. But not to worry, the store manager advised me that they "coached" the groomer on the issue. So basically they did nothing and this woman is still there to potentially harm someone else's pet. This place isn't worthy of even one star. Steer clear of this place for your dog's sake.

Horrible hack job done on my poor puppy! I will never come back to this store again!

I figured this isn't something you want to half ass, your dog's welfare depends on this kind of thing. I spoke with many different trainers about their education, experience and affiliations before I found Anna. We spoke on the phone and she told me about her education (studied at a university in Canada), her experience (over a decade training dogs even though she looks kinda young), and her affiliations, (APDT, Pet Professionals Guild and AKC CGC certified). I was pretty intrigued at this point so I asked her about her methods, she told me that she's a "fan of the clicker" and then right off the bat told me how it works and what studies have been done on it. Since I didn't ask her for that information, I was pretty impressed that she volunteered it. Girl after my own heart. We arranged a meeting so she could do an assessment, which she assured me was free. When she arrived at my place a week later, I was a little skeptical, she's as skinny as a reed and looks like a stiff breeze would blow her over. I have an American Staffordshire Terrier who weighed 60lbs, I thought there would be no way she could handle her. When I mentioned my concerns (I phrased it more politely than I just put it, of course) she told me "no worries." She said that "real leaders lead from behind." And that "anytime you find yourself using force against a dog, your doing it wrong." I don't know why, but that stuck with me. Cut to 4 weeks later and Peewee is doing great! We still have a lot left to do, we're only half way through the program, but Anna's a fountain of knowledge. It's amazing what I've learned so far.

Because we are all looking for different things I'm simply sharing a pro's and cons list from our (my and Little Leo) perspective. Pros, for us - Super kind people! Just down right nice people! - Nurturing - We've known our trainers for a full year and we really feel like part of the family! They are truly the best! Cons, for us - Calendar - I didn't ask for a holiday calendar and was surprised to learn group was often cancelled for holidays that aren't observed federally, in schools, etc. For example Sunday, 10/28 was cancelled because Halloween was Tuesday, 10/31. - Timeliness - I learned an unwritten rule is to wait until all instructors are present and a majority of that class sign up. Most of the time this is 15 to 20 minutes past start time. As a result, you're either waiting up to 20 minutes or late if others are on time. - Weather - I didn't ask what the inclement weather policy is. I suggested having make up days or even an inclement weather plan like meeting in a mixed use facility or school which come at no cost. Too bad there is lots of rain in the summer months that cause cancellations. - Communication - We understand things happen. We just expect more direct, proactive communication. For example, if trainers are running late to group, a text to all sharing that would be most appreciated by many. My recommendation would be to ask the right questions, be really clear, and get things in writing. For example, the group would take trips to the airport and work with the airline to get our pups in training through security and to the gate. I later learned is not a service available since COVID. I really wise I'd have known that they were just sharing components of the program in 2019. For us, each of the cons, commensurate with the price, won't allow me to recommend for others and we won't use them again for obedience training or me next service animal. I am certain this style works for many, and I'm sure it would exceed the expectations of some. They really are a wonderful group of people! Thank you so much Natasha, Reina, & Sable! You'll forever be in our hearts! Can't wait to see you at group next Sunday!

We help you and your dog achieve sustained, deep-rooted obedience. We use positive dog training in Atlanta based on the classical conditioning theory, paired with an electronic collar-- this is not a shock collar. Unlike a shock collar, an electronic collar does not hurt or harm the dog and is used to obtain a dog's attention. We believe in using ongoing praise to encourage good behavior. I wish there was a way to leave a zero, a German Shepherd four months ago was brought to you guys. I was called about an hour later to come get her because you didn't have anybody to bathe her. That's the first issue that I have it was extremely inconvenient. Let's talk about December 21, 2025 I have an appointment at 12:30 PM. Will you bring her in about 12:15 PM and we get a call at 3:30 PM that Lily is having a bunch of issues and barking through the cage they put her in she had an appointment I'll say that again at 12:30 PM. I was told by the bather that because of so many Walkins and so many dogs there I guess it was a complete circus that Lily was starting to get antsy and I said well we had an appointment. They instructed me to come pick her up. She was soaking wet with cold water and she smell horrible. She sat wet for close to three hours. I was told because she was barking that they would not do any more services with her. I then spoke to the bather she said that she was being antsy and barking, and that she didn't feel comfortable proceeding, this isn't a groomer by the way. Then I speak to a groomer. I guess the groomer that's over the grooming department she said I need to come pick up my dog. I asked to speak to a manager. When I was talking to the manager, I said you know this is the second time that this has happened the first time you guys said that you were gonna give me like a 30% discount for the inconvenience of having to come get her and nothing was done she then proceeded to say that don't worry this one is on us. They didn't even wash my dog. They put her in the tub and pour a cold water on her. She smells like that expression, wet dog. I had to hand dry her and blow dry her for about an hour, she wanted her cage and peed in her cage. She was so stressed out. I don't appreciate talking to the manager because I said I think this is a bunch of BS. Then she's gonna start telling me how I'm being disrespectful and using the whole self entitlement thing against me I never cursed directly at her. I did say it was BS and I did say that it wasn't fair to my dog. That's like my child. She's doing better now so it's 11 PM. She just ate her food. I would not take any dog to this grooming facility. This is like one of my children I've had for the last nine years and when I asked the manager what they could do to make it right she said she wasn't gonna do anything. That's when I told her it was BS and they have absolutely no customer service. I would not take your dog up to this Petsmart. They left her in a cold water. She was cold when I got her shaking they were argumentative. They didn't even try to calm me down when I was upset, and then they said that I will not be talking to them a certain way the whole entitlement factor came right out of that manager. You know, we treat our dogs like our children. This is not only unfair to my dog, but this is the second time that she's been brought up there to be stressed out and now she's had to be cold and the younger girl that was bathing them. I don't think had that much experience. I guess they get younger people to bathe German shepherds may seem intimidating, but mine is a love bug. She is extremely loving and sweet. I have four kids. She's never been aggressive. I've never had no issues at PetSmart but I would not see the Kennesaw location store 282. I will never go back and I will never buy anything from them again. I get things happen but the way that they were talking about walk-ins and all the dogs they had maybe it upset her. My dog had an appointment she should've been first. And with an experienced groomer, they know how to deal with dogs that get excited because their animals, but telling me there's absolutely nothing you're going to do and the fact that you just came to that store and you don't know about the past experiences with them sending my dog home that had nothing to do with her being aggressive over getting excited that was they didn't have a bather that day now they're going into a totally different stance of now she's getting too excited. I have nothing else to say I will never be back. This is the longest review I've ever written in a second me it makes me sick to my stomach. If you value your little children, your little animal, I would not take it to PetSmart and I see some of these reviews that are you know five stars I wouldn't be surprised if these people didn't work for PetSmart the way they treated my dog was just it was very not acceptable. Customer service was horrible and Tamika or Annalise or whatever her name was was extremely unprofessional.

When he asked me to sign on his phone screen, I saw that the screen itself was filthy dirty. He didn't offer any sort of writing item like a pen. He told me to use my finger to sign. I told him that I didn't want to touch his screen. When the transaction was finished, I asked him how I would tip the groomer. He said he'd have to do the credit card over again. I told him that was fine since I didn't have any cash and I thought it was important to tip the groomer. As I handed my card to him a second time, he remarked about how he and I had both touched the same credit card even though I hadn't wanted to touch his phone screen. He actually thought it was a clever zinger to show me how up on front of the other two employees. When I asked him about this, he got upset quickly. I asked a nearby employee if he was the owner. She replied very animatedly that he was her dad. He refused to finish the transaction to give a tip for the groomer. I have no idea if she got a tip from him or not. I do not think that anyone with such reckless regard for what should have been a basic and smooth customer interaction should be trusted with anyone's pets. The pets cannot speak up for themselves if they are the subject of any abuse. Based on Eric's undignified treatment of a customer settling a $110 grooming bill, it concerns me how the animals might be handled. Lisa Marie's grooming of my dogs has always been impeccable.
