Once the shop opened, we learned the entire operation was being run by one heroic human that morning. One. A whole grooming shop held together by sheer willpower and caffeine. After we explained Sawyer's situation, this absolute saint of a groomer didn't just agree to trim his nails -- she offered to clean him up for a small fee, with the kind of patience and warmth that could calm a tornado. Minutes later, out strutted a brand‑new dog. Freshly trimmed, nails immaculate, tail wagging like he'd just won a beauty pageant. I tipped more than I planned, but honestly, it still wasn't enough. She earned every penny with her kindness, her skill, and that unwavering smile that said, "Yes, I am single‑handedly keeping this place running, and no, you will not see me break." I typically drop her off in the morning and within 4 to 5 hours they call me and tell me she is ready sometimes shorter than that even She's always looked really great They used to be in the shopping center off of Wood Street but now they're down just a tiny little bit walking distance behind the Ace Hardware I completely recommend this shop for Grooming, they have patience. They do a good job and the price is average for a big dog groom.

My father had medical issues and could no longer care for Hunter, and Kathryn not only boarded Hunter for 2 months, but she facilitated finding an adopting family. Hunter's new forever family lives in Maryland, so Kathryn arranged for cross-country transport for Hunter, in addition to taking him to the Vet to get all of his medical clearances for adoption. Even when I'm connected directly to the internet rather than Wi-Fi, the cameras still appear blurry. I just wish the cameras in the play areas were a bit clearer. Overall though, we've had a really positive experience and Susie always comes home happy and tired.
