The installer "Scott" is incredibly professional and experienced. My order was custom Sheers, Blinds, and Shutters. There were some hiccups with the order but the owner "Bruce Heyman" is top notch. He was very helpful and resolved any issue quickly. He truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are satisfied. Overall, the product and installation was 100% to my satisfaction. Moving and The Padded Wagon 'have combined'. I immediately called Tim, he assured me 'nothing has changed, I can't take care of the office and drive the trucks at the same time'. I contacted The Padded W. spoke with Janet, she told me that my belongings had been transferred to their warehouse in Paterson - really? who authorized them without consulting with us (the owners). To our surprise, few days later we found out that our items were in the open inside this warehouse, according to Janet 'don't worry your items are cordon off' (not true). few days later, I called Morris B. Moving listed business number to speak with Tim B., another surprise...now is The Padded W. business number the employee told me Tim no longer, sold his company to The Padded Wagon - is that called 'have combined'?. If all this is not enough - Janet (The Padded Wagon) made us pay for May rent, even though we took our items out of there on May 4, 2023 plus a nice fee of $100 for warehouse handling (warehouse mishandling). Tim Buccigrossi should have notified us of his intentions with his company and WE (customers) would have made a decision in regards to our belongings. Oh, one more! some of our items were damaged. Sometimes you fill out forms and wonder if anybody will ever get back to you. Worry not, somebody will! William called me back within the day & as I was confused as to which color I wanted, he kindly sent me sample of the colors I was interested in & I received the color chips in a couple days (Bisley makes many grays, but ultimately I settled on blue and chalk) They did not have the colors I wanted in stock, but was able to place a special order. European goods special order... ever tried to order a couch from abroad? 4-6 months, really!!! No bueno! Thankfully my drawers came much quicker than the anticipated 3 months. I believe most of Europe takes a 2 month vacation around July/August, so I imagine you may want to order at any other time! Thank goodness the drawers finally came as my disorganization was making me lose my mind.
