For plumber #7, I called Sure Flow Plumbing and they could not have been nicer. David called back and I explained what was going on with it. He listened to me and cared about helping to figure it out. A week later, he came out and replaced the part in less than an hour. He was the only one even willing to try to work on this toilet so if you need a competent and reasonably-priced plumber, call Sure Flow because their customer service cannot be beat!
