If you give one staff member important information, you CANNOT count on that message being passed onmor put in your record. It is as if they don't talk to each other. After MULTIPLE filings with the wrong insurance company (and, yes, I told them many times), I have been trying to get a refund of an overpayment - for another 3 months. They refunded part of it, but didn't double-check their figures, which resulted in the wrong amount. They did not respond to my phone calls, did not respond to my hard-copy mail, did not respond to my mails... I didn't get a response until I mailed. *certified* letter. that was three weeks ago and still no response on the refund. My next step will be filing in small claims court. So completely disappointing.

I'm having a lot of pain in it so now I have to go out and get a root canal but the problem is I was supposed to take an antibiotic an hour before I go to the dentist , which should be my responsibility. I might add, but don't ask me if I had took it after you've done everything that's not professional all the last hygienist that I was there asked me before we started and I did forget to take it because it was my first time, but they gave me one but don't ask me have I took the antibiotic that I'm supposed to take for the rest of my life behind having surgery when I go to the dentist

I used to see Dr. Jeffery Siegert there, then he retired and now I see his son Dr. Tyler Siegert there. I have had to have kind of a lot of dental work done over the past several years, a lot of it due to childhood cavity fillings gone bad. The Siegerts have always managed to get me in ASAP to deal with an urgent situation. Everyone is so nice, I always wish that I could chat for a while without having the tools in my mouth! The only bad experience here was when I had to have a cracked-all-the-way-down tooth pulled, I really should have taken the option of going to an oral surgeon on that. But that's more about me and my tooth pieces than it was about the dentist. Dental work can be scary and uncomfortable at times. The people in this office really do their best to provide competent, caring, and timely service.

Review of Dr. Peter Straub - Summit Dental (Omaha, NE) I had…read moremultiple negative experiences with Dr. Peter Straub. From the beginning, he was extremely rude and dismissive, both toward me and even his staff. During treatment, he forced me into extractions that weren't necessary, telling me that if I didn't agree, he wouldn't work on the crown I actually needed. He was very controlling, frequently jerked my head around during appointments, and overall showed no compassion or professionalism. At one visit, I asked if I could go without numbing medication since I only needed to switch out a crown. Instead of respecting that request, he seemed to go out of his way to be as rough as possible, leaving me in severe pain. He even drilled on a tooth that didn't need treatment and damaged it so badly I had to see another dentist to fix the problem. When I spoke up for myself, instead of addressing my concerns, he became angry and retaliated by sending me a letter withdrawing services, not just from him, but from all Summit Dental locations in Omaha. Simply because I questioned his behavior. To make matters worse, he messed up another tooth, refused to provide pain relief, and I ended up in the ER for help. I've since learned from other reviews that I am not alone, others have reported similarly harmful and unprofessional treatment, including one shocking case where he allegedly called CPS on a patient without reason. In my opinion, his behavior is unprofessional and unethical.
