I've been here several times --sometimes to transport a client there for her appointment, other…read moretimes for myself. I've seen nothing that concerns me. In fact, I was able to get a doctor visit and specific test within DAYS here. That was great news because the specialist & test my Bronson system GP referred me to could not see me for months. Women at check-in office area are especially nice, helpful. One was able to speed the plow for me when she had this idea: "You can self-refer to our MD who can then do the test." Thank you Jesus! Now, within a week their MFB physiatrist* has seen and diagnosed me, and I got evaluated by a physical therapist, doing therapy, and I'm well on the way to having less pain. Plenty of handicap parking spaces -- four, I believe. TV set in waiting room doesn't play mindless, loud chatter and zammo blammo. Instead, it plays relaxing music and calm scenes of puppies, the beach, mountains, etc. LOVE that. Instead of trying to get me to watch what they want me to watch, they think of ME -- how I probably want to relax if I'm in a healthcare facility waiting room. THANK YOU. Waits are not long. I've seen an MD and a physical therapist so far. I've just started my own rehab. So far so good. * A physiatrist (pronounced fizz-EYE-uh-trist) is an MD or DO who concentrates on diagnosis and non-surgical treatment/therapy of musculoskeletal and nerve disorders, physical handicaps and injuries. I have trouble saying "physiatrist" so I just call them "fizzy doctors".

Valerie has been very helpful--I accidentally messed up my hand spint/brace that they made me when I slipped on ice. Valerie was able to see me later that afternoon and repair it for me, and I had been then earlier in the day for therapy! I love tye paraffin wax hand dip and the hand massage! That seems to really help loosen my hand up. Four weeks of occupational therapy, and I see massive improvement in my use and strength since surgery mid December. Another great feature for me is its not far from our home! The receptionist, Deneesha, is a sweetheart. She always greets you with a smile. I'm working on her though--trying to help her not be afraid of black cats! Haha! No seriously, she is definitely a crowd's jewel to the therapusts! Deneesha is very personable as well as helpful!

I did use the ice machine and the leg machine which I loved it. Made me push myself up to 100% for speed and 120 for the bend. The girls I had worked hard with me and they just couldn't believe that I did so well with it. It pays to work hard I have no limp and I'm very happy with the turn out. Thank You Nova Care of Battle Creek You are wonderful caring people I will miss you all!

PT One has been a fantastic experience in taking care of my bicep tendonitis & rotator cuff pains…read more I have been impressed that from appointment one, each visit has been a full session of the therapist working and watching my progression. I've been to other therapy businesses, where patients were nothing more than an assembly line of people doing exercises. The therapists would have 2-3 people at once. So they would give two exercises while they did something with the other and rotate around. So you weren't given full attention to make sure the exercises were being done correctly or if they were a benefit to the patient. This doesn't happen at PT One, as you look around during your exercises, you have a therapist watching your muscle movements, making sure it's doing what it should and not causing pain - and you can see the other therapists treating their patients in the same manner. I highly recommend Physical Therapy One if you need PT to overcome an injury.

They also showed me stretches and exercises I could do at home to ease the pain. All the staff there is extremely friendly and their therapists really know what they're doing. I would highly recommend to any one with any sort of injury or problem to go to Physical Therapy One.
