Absolutely awful experience please read before booking. I came to Glow Salon with one major priority: to keep the integrity of my hair. I made this very clear from the beginning. Unfortunately, what I got was the complete opposite. After the appointment, I noticed that half of my hair was significantly thinner than the other. Why? Because Maggie who did my hair was aggressively yanking the foils out instead of gently unfolding them. I could literally feel and hear my hair snapping. It wasn't just careless it felt downright malicious. When I politely asked questions about the developer strength (10 or 20 volume, etc. basic stuff if you've had your hair done before), I was shut down and told I was being "difficult." I wasn't rude, just informed my mom was a hairdresser, so I know enough to ask the right questions. But instead of receiving transparency, I was met with condescension and what honestly felt like a mean-girl clique energy. Between the dismissive attitude, the lack of professionalism, and the damage done to my hair, I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. This salon seems more focused on ego than actual care. If you value your hair, your time, or being treated with basic decency don't waste your money here. read more

I had my first haircut here today with Bailey and I am happy to say I will be coming back! I was a little nervous about the salon's pricing style because my hair is very long and thick. I was worried we would go over time but there was no issue whatsoever! Bailey listened to what I needed and executed it beautifully. I've had too many places chop off all my length and that was not the case here. I would also like to add that the salon itself is very cute and modern. The team did (and continues to do) such an amazing job with both styles, walking me through every step of the process along the way. VIBE. As I mentioned, this is super important to me. We spend so much time at a salon, you've gotta make sure it's the vibe for you. I've complimented Salon Glow for this many times, but they have the best teamwork I've ever seen at any salon. I had a great appointment with Brogan today! I'm one of those clients that's never fully satisfied and have been shopping around for YEARS for a good stylist, but I will definitely be back to Salon Glow! I have very thick hair which normally takes at least 4 hours to highlight. Today, she was able to give me highlights, a root melt, toner, and a cut within 3 hours at a flat rate. I've been seeing Tara for more than three years now and am so happy to have found her as my hair guru. I always love my experience with her for two reasons: 1) she does an amazing job with my hair and keeps it HEALTHY, 2) I enjoy and admire her as a person. From my first visit, I felt at home with Tara and though she was a little pricier than other stylists I've gone to in the past, I did enough research to know/hope that she was worth it- and she has proven me right consistently since 2021. The other thing that I've noticed, especially in the most recent two years, is that there is a very strong learning culture at Salon Glow. This might not seem relevant, but I personally love being around others who have a growth oriented mindset and every time I'm there, I see stylists teaching and learning from one another and it puts me in such a good mood. It's inspiring to be in that environment and it motivates me to keep being a lifelong learner. Back to Tara- she is truly amazing. She has grown so much since I've known her and I love the way she teaches me about hair products and overall hair health without being degrading. I've been here twice now and have seen Tara. She delivers exactly what I ask for (balayage with money pieces and a trim) and I spend no more than two hours in the chair/shampoo bowl. Vanessa was very articulate in justifying her reasons for cutting and styling my hair a certain way. I appreciated her input and it did make sense. She has a great personality and she said she was vaccinated. The hair cut, washing, and blow drying took about 1.5 hours and cost about $40 without taxes and tip.
