Such a bummer Peter Piper is so different now! My family loved coming here and unfortunately we will no longer be coming. They have changes every game to make it impossible to win tickets. Examples: flappy bird my daughter went through 20 tubes and didn't get one ticket, the avengers and zombies game now only gives you one try instead of 3, the get hooked game Gives you 4 tries instead of 5 and getting the shark now only gives you 5 tickets c down the clown ticket jackpot used to give you 500, then 250, and now only 100 tickets and the time is shorter and not as many balls, played the basketball game that each basket is supposed to be 2 or 3 points. Made 62 shots and it only gave me 42 points. I could go on and on. My kids felt ripped off and hated it. The pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard. We came to PPP tonight for my son's birthday. We ordered 8 pizzas ahead of time online for a 6 pm reservation and they were all ready and hot waiting for us when we arrived! The pizzas were great, the tables were clean, the atmosphere was wonderful and all the games were working. Any employee I asked a question was able to give me an answer right away and help my needs. No, PPP is pure nostalgia. I've been eating pizza from the piper since I was a kid. Came after weekend soccer games. Celebrated many a birthday. Played MKII and other arcades until my wrist hurt. The pizza was never a specialty but damn it if it doesn't bring back so many memories. I could eat PPP in a regular schedule if it was calorie and carb free. The recipe hasn't really changed. But other things are a bit different. There's a weekday only buffet now that seems to be quite popular. The video games have not turned into ticket games. It's not uncommon to spend $10 in tokens to "win" about $0.80 in candy or cheap toys. There are new menu items like chicken and soft serve cones. But the pizza is still the same great, mediocre taste. Love it! Hosting my daughter's upcoming birthday party soon at a PPP and she's super stoked. Over-sauced, over-greased, and over-priced! First, let me start off by saying that Peter Piper Pizza CAN be good. Despite my introductory statement, I am actually somewhat of a fan of Peter Piper Pizza - my ex's sister was a GM of a Peter Piper store, and the pies that came out of her location were awesome! Based on past experiences, I can say that Peter Piper Pizza has the potential to be good - very good, in fact. The problem is, that it can be VERY "hit or miss." We've been to this location several times, and unfortunately there have been more "misses" than "hits." One time the pizza was very good, but the last two times the pizzas have been absolutely saturated with sauce and grease - enough sauce and grease to float a boat! We were here on 4/22/17, and I really felt compelled to write this review because of how soggy our pizza was. $14 for an XL pepperoni - 2 Little Caesar's $5 pepperoni's would have been better - and cheaper! I came to check out peter piper pizza for lunch buffet. It was very relaxing on a Monday for lunch. The pizzas were fresh and tasty with a nice, almost sourdough like crust. The pasta was a little old, but still tasty. I like the little cups of marinara/pizza sauce for the cheesy bread and knots. The employees are very welcoming and you can even hear them laugh as they work. The restaurant is very spacious and clean. I especially like the different sections, so I can sit far from the game area. It's also nice to have something besides very bad cartoons running on the tv and a mellow music for background noise. I went to the one at Ellsworth and baseline and there are beautiful views of the Superstition Mountains. Since we are always looking for good to great pizza places, at economical prices, with great atmosphere, we will return to see what dinner is like. read more

I will be calling to speak to the GM because of if my team was running this I would be livid. Was here for my daughter's school it's always a bit chaotic but they are always under staffed by atleasat 2-3 people and being a scheduled event it should be staffed according. Although the girl was great and did her best! The place was a disaster dirty out of toiletries in bathrooms under staffed at prize counter and games down. We waited for almost an hour and our food never came, we went up front to ask them how much longer it would be and a trainee came over to our table and told us that the order never went through!!!! We had no idea. We then asked to speak to the manager that originally took our order and he didn't do anything. Didn't offer a refund, and didn't seem to care at all. We finally suggested a refund and he gave it to us but we left hungry. Would definitely not recommend this location. Just received a call with no explanation from this location canceling the Birthday party for two of my kids this weekend..the location is closing. I made this reservation over a week ago and just now got this notification. Invitations were sent, decorations were bought, cakes were ordered, kids were excited, and promises were broken. The guy on the phone simply said, "maybe next weekend?" Are you kidding me? We are a blended family and share parenting time, we can't do parties on a whim. The guy on the other end of the phone wasn't concerned what so ever. This is by far some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went her for fundraising night!!!! Peter piper has always been great about giving back to schools. Love that ! Ordered a pan pepperoni pizza and some tokens ! The "Big Fun" deal and it was perfect! Shea assisted us and was patient and helpful while I tried to find our exactly what my kids wanted to order. I gave my visit because the place needed more employees all the tables were dirty for awhile I actually needed one so I went and wiped one myself with some wet napkins. Trash cans were over flowing, there was no ice in one of the fountain machines no lids for medium cups!
