If I could I'd give a zero!!! This Person whom I've never seen only spoke over the phone once when he excepted my case in which over a matter of 2 yrs did nothing but had his Secretary lead me on that they were working on my case only to find out from the insurance Adjuster that because they hadn't received anything from My Attorneys that they wouldn't accept responsibility. Without to many details because my case is being handle by competent and a firm that cares about there Client I will say this was just a week ago I found out this information After Calling his secretary said she was looking it up knowing she spoke with me earlier that week that it shows that a drop letter was sent. Now for a insurance company to send a letter then I call and they tell me this naturally I'm going to call the Lawyer because they would've got this letter before me but the sat a said nothing but I have usps notification which tells and shows me what was sent in my mail Box.. they sent nothing nor called but in my hand is post marks and emails .. they didn't in the 2 yrs depose my witnesses to the accident. So I call it 2 yrs in exact it is 1 1/2 yrs which leaves me 6 months because of the statue is 2 yrs to make the case.. his reasoning to me was they where overwhelmed with back case. Knowing that the Professional thing to do is be honest and say you can't take the Case not try and Sabotage it by doing nothing avoiding my calls for updates. These people are completely unprofessional. Peter's secretary has no idea what she is doing. I've called so many times asking to speak to Peter and every time she says he is busy and we'll call me back. Guess what he never calls back. The only reason I haven't found a new attorney is because we are at the ending point of my case. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! They do not respond to inquiries and take there time! Peter was the second attorney in the Hyatt Legal Plan that I contacted because sadly the first attorney I contacted did not return my call even after I waited four days. I heard back from Peter within an hour of calling his office. I call that excellent response time. Not only did Peter review the document and respond within an hour of emailing my document to him but he also went above and beyond by sending me several links related to the topic. _ okay where should I start with this lawyer.... I'm not sure if it's just me but it seems to be that some of his clients must have a case that he doesn't want to deal with or it just won't make them enough money and isn't worth the hassle. the people that have left 5 Star reviews must have had a case it was an automatic winner and he did everything he could to make sure they were taking care of do to him not having to do much investigating. I was hit by vehicle and how to catch 7 buses and Light Rail to make it to his office. When I made it to his office I maybe talk to him for ten minutes tops. He told me that I needed a police report my medical records excetera excetera which I brought to him the day I had today go see him. he told me if I don't hear from him in two weeks give him a call. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and actually waited 3 weeks for him to call which I never got a call. I called him maybe 20-something times left over 10 messages and finally got a very short email saying you would call me the next day which never happened. I'm getting so frustrated. when I blow up his phone well the office phone I should say someone finally answers on the 20th call. not that it does any good because all they tell me is that an attorney will get back to me by the end of the day which never happens. I suggest anybody with a case is not an automatic winner to seek a different lawyer. I guess that's what I get for calling 916-444-4444 for all legal help LOL read more

I find Kim T review to be rediculous. I have done business with Mr Stone for over 20 years with him handling a variety of matters from debt collection to personal injuries. Peter is one of the best attorney;s in the Sac area.It appears that Kim wanted Peter to do something which he felt would not be valid if the will were challenged.
