Well, after numerous texts and calls, the tow truck driver showed up at 10ish pm. It was not the towing company that I had contacted, but an independent contractor Jon of Jon towing service. He towed my car to my home. Upon driving the car off of the back of the tow hitch, he pulled the front bumper off the car! I was screaming at him that he was tearing up the car. He finished backing the car off the hitch and said he could just snap it back on. He snapped the front bumper back in place and said that he would be back the next day to secure it in place with a clip of some sort. Well, it's been over a week , several phone calls and texts later, no bumper fixed. This man gave me his word that he would correct what he had done to the car's bumper. He has not. At one time, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. He has made several promises to come repair the bumper that he totally pulled over but has yet to follow through. I do not ,would not recommend this tow service period! The car bumper was pulled off. It's captured on camera , but still, you refuse to come repair saying you're busy. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice, but of course, you could care less about rectifying your wrong all while professing Christian values. I repeat, if you want your vehicle to be in the same condition as it was before you had it towed, do not I repeat. Do not use this tow service. If so, you are taking a risk of your vehicle being damaged by an unprofessional individual who doesn't know what they're doing and destroying your vehicle in the process.

I never imagined I'd be writing something like this--but after how I was treated, I feel obligated to share. We will NEVER be going back. I recently brought my car in, expecting the cost to align with what I was initially quoted. But after dropping it off, I received a call telling me the price had increased by over $1,300 due to something "missing" from the original quote. Naturally, I asked for an email with a detailed breakdown so I could understand the difference, which they said they would send but never did. That's when things took a shocking turn. Instead of calmly walking me through the updated estimate over the phone, Danny began screaming at me over the phone. His tone was aggressive, hostile, and completely uncalled for. When I said I felt disrespected, he told me to come pick up my car because he wouldn't be working on it anymore--and then he hung up on me. I was left in tears, absolutely stunned by the way he handled the situation. Let me be clear: I was not rude or demanding--I simply asked for clarification and expressed that I might want to shop around before approving such a large increase. That's my right as a customer. But it became clear he didn't want me to realize they were overcharging me. After this experience, I got a second opinion with the help of a friend who knows cars--and the new shop quoted me $1,200 less than what Collision Rescue tried to charge. This whole ordeal felt not just unprofessional, but deeply exploitative. And as a woman, I can't help but feel that Danny thought he could intimidate me. No man should ever scream at a woman and make her cry--especially not a business owner speaking to a long-time client. If you're a woman, or simply someone who values respectful, transparent service: please stay far away from Collision Rescue. No one deserves to be treated the way I was.

I happened to need their assistance on a tire I was having problems with and was in the area and did not want to travel to far on the bad tire. I wheeled in and they came out to help. I really thought I was going to need a new tire, which was one of my options, but the gentleman suggested that in his opinion the tire I had could be repaired. That sounded a lot better to me than a new tire, so I went for it. The cost was a much better value than a new tire!

After getting a second opinion, it turned out the problem was actually with the tires they installed. Also, one of the lug nuts was overtightened and got damaged, and they refused to take responsibility. I'm disappointed because instead of fixing the issue, they tried to misdiagnose it and make it seem like a bigger, more expensive problem. People even think it's a new 2018/19 GMC concept because it looks so damn clean! I couldn't be happier. NOW, listen carefully. I've read reviews about people complaining about electrical problems, or little things breaking here and there, BUT what you need to understand is that GM doesn't make their trucks like they used to! They use plastic parts...they've doubled the amount of electrical dependencies...they use aluminum...all that. So with that comes minor issues: door handles break, lighting goes out. IT IS WHAT IT IS. Boss Trucks has a solid warranty plan to combat this issue. This isn't their fault, this is just the world we live in now. So before you complain about tit tat stuff, recognize the real issue. At least Boss Trucks offers to fix it. But I'm sure if you're into trucks enough to buy one of these beauties then you already know how it works. All in all I am very happy with this truck!!! And I can guarantee you will be too. I want another one now!!

They had a truck on the website and when we called it was sold and they said they had another one they were putting together. Facts not feelings Took FOOOORRRREEEVVVERER after we let go of $35,000. kyle blamed discount on rims being delayed. Call my local area discount and they said non issue. I offered even to buy them and ship them to him......oh and after the deal was inked and money transferred Kyle was very elusive and hard to reach. Made me feel like it was our fault to ask when the boy would be getting his truck. It was some kind of horribly abused fleet truck out of Oklahoma - verified on title and the 30-40 lbs of red dirt caked inside frame. The rust proof overlay they glorify was a complete joke and was literally dripping when driver dropped it off. The headlights did dot shine more than 30" in front of truck and both were out of whack. These are their upgraded lights - hahaha you should see the splice joints they did - they were the last to touch it. Interior - janky worn out steering wheel (yes a cover CAN cover it). Stained headliner (WORK TRUCK). Back door panel has actual rips in it (not a high quality feature). Rear of the front seats - the plastics have gouges that can't be removed. Truck bed - was leaning real bad. Looked like a joke going down the road behind it. Turned out to be a great big ordeal. Sent it back to kyle and they denied anything to do with it. It turned out to be spacers - I guess they had bed off - THEY WERE LAST TO TOUCH IT WHEN IT ROLLED OUT). When we got it back it was dinged in transport or by them in their possession on the bumper. Quarter sized ding........now remember this is a glorified awesome highest quality boss truck here now - Kyle turned into a jerk and is a horrible representation of a man. Beware. Super dirty oil and what's believed to be original transmission fluid. It's been 2 years and I wish we would have shared this sooner but it was a place in time I tried to Bury. While riding in the back seat right now I felt compelled to reveal the boss trucks sorry way of business. Yes it was a 2010'WITH 150k on it - so you may have success on newer vehicles but please do not buy a 5 year or older car with anywhere close to 100k+ miles UNLESS YOU CAN GONSEE IT IN PERSON. Subaru roadside assistance sent out three towing companies yesterday none of which were able to tow the car. J&J towing came out today and Terrence, the driver didn't make it look easy but he sure didn't make it look impossible and he managed to get the car out of the parking garage at our apartment building with low clearance and tight curves like a real professional. He was patient and worked the problem and got it done! Snaps to Terrence and J&J towing I would highly recommend them, I will also be recommending them to Subaru roadside assistance!

However, I believe consumers should be aware that I was required to sign a repair authorization before the shop would prepare an estimate for my insurance claim. My vehicle was non-operational and was brought in for evaluation. The shop concluded the clutch was the source of the problem and began extensive body teardown work as part of the estimation process. After the vehicle was returned to me, I had the transmission removed and the clutch components were found to be largely intact. The actual problem appears to have been internal engine damage rather than a clutch failure. What surprised me most was the extent of the teardown performed before I understood what would be involved. At one point, major body panels had been removed from the vehicle even though no repair work had been authorized beyond the estimate process. After I raised concerns with both the shop and my insurance company, all charges were waived and the vehicle was reassembled and returned to me. The truck appears to have been put back together properly and in substantially the same condition it was in before the teardown. Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers ask detailed questions about what authorizations are being requested, what teardown work may be performed during the estimating process, and whether the shop is performing a body estimate, a mechanical diagnosis, or both.

As I pulled my vehicle out of their bay there was a weird noise and the ac stopped blowing cold and was leaking the freon. The guy started avoiding responsibility and saying his guy was a professional and. they would have to open it up and make sure something else didn't cause it. I had my regular mechanic do the job and fix their negligence , since the owner was, avoiding accountability. I own business with a fleet and was considering letting them have our maintenance. Never going there again!!!
