People even think it's a new 2018/19 GMC concept because it looks so damn clean! I couldn't be happier. NOW, listen carefully. I've read reviews about people complaining about electrical problems, or little things breaking here and there, BUT what you need to understand is that GM doesn't make their trucks like they used to! They use plastic parts...they've doubled the amount of electrical dependencies...they use aluminum...all that. So with that comes minor issues: door handles break, lighting goes out. IT IS WHAT IT IS. Boss Trucks has a solid warranty plan to combat this issue. This isn't their fault, this is just the world we live in now. So before you complain about tit tat stuff, recognize the real issue. At least Boss Trucks offers to fix it. But I'm sure if you're into trucks enough to buy one of these beauties then you already know how it works. All in all I am very happy with this truck!!! And I can guarantee you will be too. I want another one now!!

They had a truck on the website and when we called it was sold and they said they had another one they were putting together. Facts not feelings Took FOOOORRRREEEVVVERER after we let go of $35,000. kyle blamed discount on rims being delayed. Call my local area discount and they said non issue. I offered even to buy them and ship them to him......oh and after the deal was inked and money transferred Kyle was very elusive and hard to reach. Made me feel like it was our fault to ask when the boy would be getting his truck. It was some kind of horribly abused fleet truck out of Oklahoma - verified on title and the 30-40 lbs of red dirt caked inside frame. The rust proof overlay they glorify was a complete joke and was literally dripping when driver dropped it off. The headlights did dot shine more than 30" in front of truck and both were out of whack. These are their upgraded lights - hahaha you should see the splice joints they did - they were the last to touch it. Interior - janky worn out steering wheel (yes a cover CAN cover it). Stained headliner (WORK TRUCK). Back door panel has actual rips in it (not a high quality feature). Rear of the front seats - the plastics have gouges that can't be removed. Truck bed - was leaning real bad. Looked like a joke going down the road behind it. Turned out to be a great big ordeal. Sent it back to kyle and they denied anything to do with it. It turned out to be spacers - I guess they had bed off - THEY WERE LAST TO TOUCH IT WHEN IT ROLLED OUT). When we got it back it was dinged in transport or by them in their possession on the bumper. Quarter sized ding........now remember this is a glorified awesome highest quality boss truck here now - Kyle turned into a jerk and is a horrible representation of a man. Beware. Super dirty oil and what's believed to be original transmission fluid. It's been 2 years and I wish we would have shared this sooner but it was a place in time I tried to Bury. While riding in the back seat right now I felt compelled to reveal the boss trucks sorry way of business. Yes it was a 2010'WITH 150k on it - so you may have success on newer vehicles but please do not buy a 5 year or older car with anywhere close to 100k+ miles UNLESS YOU CAN GONSEE IT IN PERSON. BOSS TRUCKS = NO BUENO

He came so close that he nearly hit my windshield. The driver didn't know what information to give me, so he called his boss right in front of me. I was present for that entire conversation, and I have clear proof of what was said. So instead of providing me insurance information that I asked for, the boss told me to bring my car to their shop and demanded I bring it right in that moment so they could fix it. Which I clearly didn't feel comfortable doing. The tow truck driver also just left due to his boss telling him to go onto his next call instead of handling the situation properly as a business owner. When I later called twice to ask if I could bring my car another day or for their insurance information, they showed no compassion, tried to argue with me, and hung up in my face both times. The last time I called, they said they didn't have time to deal with it and hung up again. Now they are trying to lie saying that I hit them and ran into the back of the tow truck and they offered to fix it "out of the kindness of their heart" , which is completely untrue and sad that is what they decided to say after I damn near almost had a whole flat bed bust through my windshield due to their drivers lack of awareness that there was someone behind him AT A RED LIGHT. I even have the interaction all recorded. This entire situation has left me feeling taken advantage of and manipulated, and everything was genuinely traumatizing. This place is just a lawsuit waiting to happen. Very unprofessional experience. I'd advise EVERY costumer to record and document EVERYTHING while using this company.
