They provided quality service when I had my car towed to get my rear glass removed on my 87 monte carlo aerocoupe. Everyone provided a great customer experience. I've been here now a total of 4 times & every time the service has been amazing. To begin with, the staff is always incredibly helpful & polite. They always try their best to give you the best price on the market. Each issue I've had has been for the same vehicle, a 2010 Nissan Cube. & each time, this shop has been able to fix its problems without delay. 1st Visit: The left back window roller broke, was able to be replaced with a similar roller from another car. (Cost: $80 roughly) 2nd Visit: Similarly, the right back window roller broke, was fixed in less than hour. (Cost: $80 roughly) 3rd Visit: Had a star crack on my windshield from a rock hitting it on the highway, it was nicely sealed up for way less than what a previous place had quoted me. (Cost: $80 roughly) 4th Visit: My window switch broke, I bought the switch online as recommended by the shop & I was able to bring it back to them to replace it. I have a 2021 Tesla Model Y. My windshield was cracked due to getting hit with a rock on the freeway (ugh). I called many other shops - including Safelite - for a replacement windshield. Safelite did a crack repair on it a few months ago and it just made it worse (it started as a chip). The most professional - by far - was Pete's Auto Glass Center. Ben explained everything on the phone and took the time to listen to me. When I arrived, he again took the time to explain what they were going to do. I felt very comfortable. When I came back to pick it up I was amazed at how good a job they did. It looks as good as the factory windshield. The price was very reasonable. He was super honest and it didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off - everyone else I spoke with felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation with a ton of extra charges - one shop even having charges for adhesive (what??). My initial quote was lower than what actually fit my car. And the estimated time for the install was about 30 mins longer than the longest they said it would take.
