I explained that I usually eat salmon 2 to 3 times a week and I've traveled out of the country at least five times within the last year ordering it wherever I was . I think this is probably the best salmon I've had within this time frame . I applaud!! It was cooked perfect perfectly, and the fillets were perfect sized. The beans , rice fresh guacamole & salsa also deserve a round of applause ! Below is a picture of one of the tacos because they demolished the other ones, but it certainly doesn't do it justice! While waiting, I noticed another group that stated they were a party of 9 was seated ahead of us, even though there were only 7 people, while we were a party of 6, including children. That left me confused and frustrated, especially since we had called ahead and were patiently waiting our turn. I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. I can't speak to why the wait list was handled the way it was, but the experience made me feel that we were treated unfairly. I used to come to this diner often, and because of this experience, I will not be returning. More importantly, I hope no other family has to leave feeling the way we did today. Start a club membership at Stewart's. Add eggs, a small squeeze of lemon and maybe a small amount of cinnamon just as a slight background hint. Mixing that together, you're batter should be very loose not pouring like milk but running off the spoon consistently within 2 to 3 seconds cooking and with butter is also a necessity so they can be moist and flavorful. To taste what basic good pancakes taste like you can try your competition at Cracker Barrel would be a slight help but yours should taste better with a few hours of practice.
