We were having trouble with our air conditioning and definitely needed some help, as the temps were in the 90"s that week. I walked over and talked to the owner, who let me know they were super busy, but he could probably come over the next day to check it out. As promised, Freddy and his team called the next day to let me know they were coming, diagnosed the issue, and said he'd order the necessary parts to get it fixed. He called once the parts came in and set up a time to install the next day. He arrived, on time, installed the new parts, showed me the failed old parts, tested the units and let me know what to do if I had any issues with the A/C from that point on.
