I was 45minutes from home. Immediately, Rachel greeted me, listened to the problem, and got me right in. Discovering that the tire was not repairable and they didn't have the right tire in stock, both Rachel and her manager, Marty, proceeded to call around and find a tire that would fit my car. Upon locating one, the manager got in his car, drove 25 min to the shop to get it, driving back where Rachel and the service technician stayed after working hours to put the new tire on and get me back on the road. The service was like something I've haven't experienced in a very long time! Kudos to the whole team but special shout out to Rachel, she was amazing!

The price THEY came up with last year was still good on this day, so I agreed to add it in to the job. Got it Dale??? Two different staff quoted the same price a year apart. Now they're mad they waited too long to change it. I literally brought it in to have the battery terminals fixed or changed. When the hood was up, the guy with me commented "he wouldn't let his mom drive with a leaky gasket." I told him nobody wanted to do it last year, so he seemed eager to get it done. They can't get this through their heads. I wasn't there for the gasket. By Thursday afternoon they hadn't touched the battery terminals, so I decided to make them stick to their price & not come pick it up with nothing done. Laws are on my side. I made an appointment before bringing the car in and they did zero work in 2 days. DMV LAWS say this specifically is a violation. "Too much time went by." He called later on the same Wednesday, to get my cell number and said it would be ready Friday. At that time he did not say a word about the price of the job. Thursday we went to the beach with my cell phone and I heard from NOBODY. Late Thursday afternoon when we returned from the beach there was a message on my landline? Dale said it would be ready "next Wednesday." Next Wednesday is now 2 Wednesday's from his initial deadline according to rude staff when I called this past Wednesday. Dale is on vacation for 2 weeks so his staff are ripe with whining about how hard this job is, with a derogatory tone. They're blaming the customer which is odd because Dale called his staff "STUPID," to me like that's a valid excuse to dodge the circumstances they created. I don't recognize this person from the last 25 years as a customer. This job does not take 15 days! I'll never come back. New owners have a new agenda. I read they have trump paraphernalia behind the desk, so there you have it. Cultists carrying out VIP revenge. "When people show you who they are."

To their credit they did have to do a flat repair too I guess that could make up for about some time but the only adjustments that they made on my alignment where toe and steer left and right

They used the wrong gasket and rust surfaced, which means they did not primer before they painted the raw metal. And they did not even match the paint, so there was a 3/8 inch border around the entire windshield. To redo the job, I hired Oleander's in Vernon. The entire frame beneath the windshield was corroded and rusting. Olender's fixed a botched up job and my vehicle came out of there better than new. In the end, you get what you pay for. Plus, Strong's said I would have the vehicle back in 1 week. It took them 3 weeks and would have taken longer if I had not nudged them to finish the job and give me my vehicle back. Poor quality workmanship all around and zero regard for the customer as well. If you want drama in your life and don't care that much about your vehicle, this is the place for you. If you want to deal with a professional, Rich is not your guy. A true NO value establishment.
