My wedding ring of 34 years had worn down on the shank and on the prongs. The first place I took it to for repair botched it so badly it was clownish looking -- just disastrous. I took a certified gemstone in and asked if they could make a bezel for my jewelry and they said they could do that. I also showed them the design I would like for the pendant holder and they designed it just as my photo showed. Everyone here was great and this is a really cute store: There are designer illustrations of the different types of diamonds throughout the store with old hollywood legend wall crystal artwork and beautiful crystal lighting. I came in to see if I can get my watchband adjusted. The staff was very nice and courteous. They were happy to adjust my watchband. Walking around while they adjusted the watch band, I was quite surprised at the inventory they had. They had a few pre-owned time pieces from Tag and Rolex as well. I will definitely stop by and shop the next time Im in the market for another. Parking was easy, you can park in front or the back. It was a big and exciting step for us, but unfortunately, the visit left us feeling disappointed and discouraged. We were upfront that we were new to the process and just wanted to explore different ring styles. We were also pretty nervous, since it was our first time in a jewelry store. The woman working with us (possibly the owner) didn't seem very interested in helping us. She sized my finger and told us to ask if we had any questions--but didn't offer any guidance, ask about what we were looking for, or show us any real options. What should've been a special experience ended up feeling a bit awkward and unwelcoming. Thankfully, we found a wonderful local jeweler who made the process exciting and comfortable, and we're now happily engaged. I expected a lot more and better service because of these reviews but i was so disappointed. I got no warm and friendly welcome at all. I walked in got a rude look and mean "hi" with attitude. Not good jewelry selection at all. Honestly the worst place I have ever been to and regret wasting my time going there. Treat all of your customers the same as the others! Even though we came at the tail end of a trunk sale, Tina was extremely friendly and helpful, and everyone we came in contact with was equally so. She even cleaned my ring for me despite the fact we hadn't even bought it there! I also took them a ring I recently acquired as a dear family heirloom and they tightened the center stone, appraised and cleaned it for a very reasonable price. Tina has also been awesome in that she's made herself available to me via text and is extremely responsive.
