My Dad bought me this watch 35 years ago. The band broke and no one could fix it. I have kept it in my drawer for 25 years. This past week I came across the watch doing some spring cleaning, and took it in to try getting it repaired one last time. Matt at "the gold cobbler" in the Castleton Mall came through for me and fixed it. The battery had corroded and ruined the inside movement, which he also replaced for me. This watch has a lot of sentimental meaning. Dad bought it on credit and surprised me with it the Christmas of 1988. I am beyond please with my ring. I went in on a Tuesday to discuss a resizing and picked it up the next day, not even 24 hours. He was very thorough and sincere about how he will have to form the ring with the diamonds I have on the sides. He explained it to me and even drew with the ring would look like after the shape was done. When I went to pick up my ring he evaluated a few items I wanted to trade in. I've sold gold here twice and couldn't be happier with both of my experiences (only partly because I received a lot more for my gold than I expected). All my transactions were handled by a professional jeweler in the most professional manner possible. All calculations were done in front of me and fully explained which made the entire process completely transparent and comfortable. There was NEVER ANY feeling of dishonesty, that I was being short-changed, taken advantage of, being "low-balled", or that this was some sort of "fly-by-night" operation.
