They were both very nice. Technician advised that the coolant reservoir was bone dry, and suggested a flush. I said no I would see if my husband wanted to do the flush later, but I didn't wanna do it then. Today... Two days later, I decided I ought to check the fluid situation to see if it was still dry... And yes, it was. They did not add one drop. Not only that, the washer fluid was also not topped off. I didn't check the oil yet, but I feel I need to... I had to go run an errand, but that will be next. I guess I assumed also that it should've been correct ‍. Radiator has fluid in it so that was good.. Anyway, our flu is not topped off anymore by Jiffy Lube? Or is it because I had a Groupon? I was a little disappointed... No make that. VERY disappointed. Discount tire does free tire puncture repairs for small air leaks which is how I first heard of…read morethem. They are always super helpful and professional. Recently, I needed new tires before my trip to California and I called to order some and make an appointment. I prepaid because they were the last four tires in stock, but come the day of the appointment they noticed a factory defect with one of the tires. Instead of postponing my appointment til they got more tires in stock they just upgraded me to better tires for no extra charge. Will definitely continue coming here as long as I live near a Discount Tire.
