I never once felt talked down to or rushed, which can honestly be rare in automotive situations. What impressed me most was how clearly they explained everything. They took the time to walk me through what was going on, what my options were, and what actually needed to be done (without trying to upsell anything unnecessary). That level of transparency builds immediate trust. They got me in and out exactly when they said they would, and the pricing was more than fair for the quality of service.
