Got a Groupon and decided to use Jiffy Lube instead of Valvoline. I was able to stay in the car, which was nice... As I had my grandson with me. The technician was training a girl. They were both very nice. Technician advised that the coolant reservoir was bone dry, and suggested a flush. I said no I would see if my husband wanted to do the flush later, but I didn't wanna do it then. Today... Two days later, I decided I ought to check the fluid situation to see if it was still dry... And yes, it was. They did not add one drop. Not only that, the washer fluid was also not topped off. I didn't check the oil yet, but I feel I need to... I had to go run an errand, but that will be next. I guess I assumed also that it should've been correct ‍. Radiator has fluid in it so that was good.. Anyway, our flu is not topped off anymore by Jiffy Lube? Or is it because I had a Groupon? I was a little disappointed... No make that. VERY disappointed. I took my vehicle to get inspected for lyft slash uber. I took a picture of the of the vehicle before I took it in because the first time I went 2 years ago. I could have sworn. I went in with no glass issue and ended up having a chip in it. I took a picture this time around and the same thing happened. I stopped in to get my battery tested and see if there were any codes that needed to be read. I was able to get in right away and explained what had been going on. I never felt unheard throughout the process. They tested my battery and told me that was the cause of my issues. They recommended their batteries but at no point were they pushy and when I said I was going somewhere else for the replacement they were extremely understanding. Super nice staff! read more

this place is amazing. those young men did my car up in a jiffy and had the best customer service I've ever had at a maintenance shop. highly recommend the timberline location. much better than grease monkey. The managers are very kind and will help answer any questions and the upper and lower bay guys work very hard to get your car in and out in speedy timing while ensuring the work done is at the highest level of standards. The prices were extremely fair too and they are very informative of what's going on with your car and what it may need to keep it in tip top shape but not pushy to upsale you at the same time. 10/10 5 stars allathat good stuff. read more

The wait was not long and I was able to use the free wi-fi and have coffee while I waited. Whatever you do, don't come here for rock chip repair. You can do a better job yourself with a $6 repair kit from Walmart. Took in my truck today for the repair, took about 15 minutes and it didn't change the appearance in the slightest. They attempted to fill the middle of the hole and left a massive bubble in it, then missed the second one entirely. read more

They drained my oil before figuring out they did not have the proper oil to replace it. After 90 mins I was told to find my own way home, which meant to work in the morning, then to them again. They could not find the replacement oil in town so even told me to find it. Really? Then after I demanded a free oil change, they miraculously found a lower grade but BMW recommended oil. They tried to force a higher priced and unnecessary oil on me without my approval. Scammers. Then it took the manager 35 minutes watching videos to reset my computers. Absolute disaster. Don't go to Jiffy Lube. Looks like the same owner owns all the Ft Collins locations so avoid them all. read more

I have been going to this same 3702 s Timberline location for almost 10 years, 4 different trucks. The new 3 oil change coupon you can purchase is a total rip off. Ended up going to cost me $500 for 3 changes. When I disputed this to the employees, they tried very hard to make this right. This Timberline location has set new standards for auto service. A young man by the name of Sedrick was assisting when I came in to get an oil change and he was amazing! Not only did they provide a fast service but Sedrick also notified me that I was running low on coolant in my car and informed me I needed a brake flush! You can't trust Jiffy Lube to do a great job with anything. They overcharge you for simple services and do what they can to squeeze every penny out of you. I've been to a couple other Jiffy Lube locations around the Front Range, and they are all alike. There is a corporate issue on how the business is run. They opened my glove box and left everything on the floor of my passenger seat (papers, napkins, etc.). They robbed me to the tune of $500.00, doing services not recommended by the manufacturer. Then I took my car to North College Valvoline where I've been going for 10 years. They are so awesome there. Valvoline let me know that I was missing a skid plate from the bottom of my car that it looks like it was "ripped off". Jiffy Lube refuses to replace it, even though the previous owner is confirming that there was a skid plate. So now I have to take them to small claims court. Don't bother with these people. Don't go to this place. Based on my old memory, I thought this place was a quality place to get oil change, but now I will never go back to this place. I waited more than 20 minutes to check in with Richard in the office. They decided to put my car into the bay without knowing what they need to do with my car. When they asked for my key, I asked them "Do you know what you are doing with my car?" His response was "We are just checking the car". Later when they called me to discuss what we want to do, I told Richard I wanted to have "full synthetic oil change" using Groupon. He clicked on a menu on the screen to choose one and I noticed that there was another full synthetic oil on the menu. I asked the difference, and his response was "one you get is house brand". I said OK and then he asked "5,000 miles for the next service?" and I asked him if full synthetic oil is good for 10,000 miles, and he said "Yes, you can use it for 10,000 miles". At that point, I told them I didn't want to have that oil in my car because I can't trust their oil for 10,000 miles. Richard went out and found out they already drained my oil and the GM, Seth, told me that I have to buy their oil change. They started working on my car without getting my confirmation for the work, and I don't think they are using quality oil if they only recommend their full synthetic oil for 5,000 miles. I will never go back to this again. I will do it at the dealer which is cheaper and more reliable. Don't go to this place unless you want to spend more money for cheaper oil. read more

Please go somewhere else this place has treated me very poorly, they over tighten an oil filter broke it, to the point 2 different mechanics couldn't get it off. Told me 2x they would not charge me to fix it but then went back on thier word charged me and kept telling me they fixed what I broke, I didn't even touch it lol it e en got to the point I had to ask him to call his manager as I didn't want all the yelling and arguing going on out front of the store. He also proctor point with force at my bill when asked where the numerous was to call the manager. I let him know it was ok to show me with out yelling and he walked off he even had an employee point out they were quiting because this place was a joke and treat people back. Never come here. Went for a basic oil change and ended up getting charged over $300. The guy saw that I was a 19 year old girl who doesn't know much about cars and took advantage. The guy told me I needed new brake fluid since mine was dark, even though I later came to find out that mine was recently changed at the Honda dealer and was fine. We have contacted Jiffy Lube corporate and they said we would receive a refund within a week or so. It has been over 2 months and still no check. I called this business yesterday. I told them I wanted to have 1 quart of oil drained, so I could add my quart of motor flush, run the engine for 5 minutes and then have them change my oil. They wanted $49.99 just to remove the quart of oil plus an additional $49.99 for the oil/filter change. They wanted an additional $79.95 for a motor flush. The motor flush product was less that $5 at WalMart. Great news, I contacted Valvoilne Instant Oil Change at 970-482-9096. Not only did they do what I asked them to do, I did the motor flush twice and they charged me only $31 for each oil/filter change. They were very nice and helpful.
