I love it because it is not big box and I love to support local businesses. This place has been so great. It's been really easy, ordering the food over the phone. They pull up my orders through my phone number and they mix the food in the store by adding 2 free supplements, one oil and one flavor. Also, I am able to order a no corn food for him and they have a good variety of proteins: Salmon, Rabbit, Goat, Chicken, and Beef. I love to bring my dog with me when we go to pick up and pay for his food. They have lots of varieties of treats and toys and once in a while, he enjoys a pig's ear. Horrible Experience -- Pet Owners Beware (This Location Only)…read more I've always loved Pet's Barn and have shopped there for years, but this particular location completely disappointed me. I recently bought a bag of Pet's Barn brand dog biscuits and was shocked to find bugs and unhatched worms inside. My poor dog ended up sick for days, which led to a hefty vet bill. When I went back to the store, they offered to replace the bag with another premade one -- but when I got home, that bag also had bugs in it. I returned later that afternoon to show them, and the staff were extremely rude and dismissive, even after I pointed out that another product on their shelf also had bugs. They offered to let me "hand-pick" biscuits, which I refused because I wanted a sealed and safe package. When I tried to pay the difference for a different product, I overheard the associate confirm with the manager that she could process the return, but she still said she couldn't and just apologized. To make things worse, they didn't even remove the contaminated biscuits from the shelf. Do not buy Pet's Barn brand treats from this location -- multiple bags were infested, and they clearly don't take proper care or responsibility. I still love Pet's Barn overall, but this store needs serious attention and better quality control.

After reading great reviews about Barks N Bubbles I decided to give it a try, even though it was far from where I live. Barks N Bubbles became my go to for grooming. The owner does and amazing job. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like my dog was in good hands with her. I definitely recommend her even if you do have to drive a little bit out of your way.

I understand during weekdays, but weekends like Friday Saturday or Sunday they should at least stay open until 9-10pm. People work and can't go until after during weekdays but weekends should not close early,I find it redundant to their business and inconvenient for a customer. That's the only negative thing I have to share based on my personal experience with them.
