However, my recent experience with the grooming services at the Petco on Montana Avenue in El Paso truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, I was genuinely wowed by the level of care, attention, and one-on-one customer service my dogs received. The groomers were kind, patient, and clearly attentive to my pets' comfort, which made all the difference. You could really feel that they took pride in their work and cared deeply about the animals. I honestly wish I had known sooner how much the experience can vary between locations, because I would have gladly driven the extra 25 minutes to this Montana Avenue location instead of going to the Northeast location in the past.
