    I really gave it a good try Needed a exam for my dog got there and the estimate wait time they gave me was 45 to 1 hr wait. So I thought it was reasonable so I stayed 1 hrs passes and I think I'll be called soon but no 2 hrs laters no and I see people going in a out people that came in way after me leaving. So at that 2 hr wait I ask how much more waiting so she couldn't find my name or my pet took a while in the computer then she said the next technician will see me after the person inside then this technician comes out asks for Jazmin so I think it's us finally so ends up been a pet called the same so that's when I figured I wasn't gonna be called soon . Then this lady tells me the doctor needs to see my pet and he haves been in surgery and I didn't know this. I thought a technician was gonna see us first . But o well waste of my time. Come from another side of town to this clinic because they recommended it for this exam and I brought one pet here before and they took long then to to see us and that time was lesss people then today maybe the day makes the clientele different but still front desk person should have told me. The person that will see my pet is the doctor and i have to wait until his done with his surgeries . Have 3 kids at home and I estimated 3 hrs or so but. 2 hr wait plus. I don't know how long to get the exam. Plus a test plus X-rays that would have kept me there more hrs. I am a very very patient person but if they don't communicate with me this important details I can't work with this. I know they don't do appointments but I can't free my whole day for one visit I have other pets that need care and I can't take them all at once so I can't take this long of waiting times since I have to do several visits to the vet. Plus my kids. I want to say I would try another time. But I don't think I can . I need to know how far along my pet is on her pregnancy .

    We went there to look for a bed for our puppy. As soon as we walked in, the staff came to us to see if we needed any help. She showed us where their beds are and recommended one. I was happy with the service. But the only reason I give them 4 stars is because groomers were super unfriendly. Before we walked out, we decided to check the grooming room and see the price range. Even though there were so many groomers, nobody really tried to talk to us. But anyways, for trimming nails, bath, cleaning ears and cutting hair for a middle size dog (my dog is about 50 lbs) cost about $55. They also offer some dog training classes. See the picture I posted to see the prices. They have a calendar marked when they have these classes.

    I love this especially during the holidays! They offer free photos with the Easter Bunny and Santa Clause and if you're not there early the wait is pretty intense. The employees are helpful and very nice but why wouldn't you when you're surrounded by animals :) 10/10 recommend

    As I walked in, it just looked as a average Petsmart. We knew what we wanted so we started to head in and look for that item. As we are looking some employees walk pass and never once ask if we need any help at all. So we looked at the prices and they were a little more pricey than the two previous stores we had visited, so I wanted to know if they would price match. But again remember no one was really paying us attention. So as we started to walk out, I noticed a beautiful female dog collar that I believe was a MUST HAVE for my baby girl..and even better it was on clearance! Again I seen three different employees walking my way and I stopped them to ask if they could help me with figuring out the price. Without hesitation the guy turned the collar over and stated it was $12.99. I said "sir, this item is all over with the clearance items but some of the prices have been pulled"....so he proceeded to say then you need to take it up front and see because I am unsure. Well I understand he doesn't know but I thought he would at least try and walk With me to assist me at least...but he didn't he just continued talking to his other co workers. I then proceeded to re front of the store with my item, and the only cash register that was open and there was not a employee there. So I looked closer by the door and two ladies were chit chatting over the iPad machine they had in their hand. I politely said "excuse me" and they turned around and asked what did I need. I stated I was wondering the price and so one of the ladies came over and checked it. I did think it was nice that she also made sure to ask about any discounts and did I have a rewards card with them. So all in all my experience at the register was the best experience. I wouldn't mind trying to go back and seeing maybe it was just an off day for them.

    Took my dog for a grooming and she did a great job of cleaning her up ! will be taking her every month, the ladies really did a great job

If you're looking for a place that is welcoming, patient, and understanding of dogs, especially young dog, this was the exact opposite. We scheduled a temperament evaluation because we were interested in boarding our dogs for the weekend. From the moment we walked in, the woman at the front desk was incredibly unfriendly and immediately gave off an incredibly cold, judgmental attitude. There was no greeting, no smile, and no attempt to make us or our dogs feel welcome. Instead, we were immediately made to feel unwelcomed and like we were an inconvenience. Our dogs were barking because they had just entered a new environment filled with unfamiliar dogs, a completely normal reaction, especially for puppies. You would expect a facility whose entire business revolves around dogs to understand that. Instead, we felt judged before anyone even attempted to interact with them. I would expect a facility that specializes in boarding and caring for dogs to understand that this is normal behavior and know how to handle it professionally. What upset me most was how our 6-month-old Doberman was handled. Without taking the time to introduce herself or allow him to become comfortable, she abruptly took his leash from my hand and disappeared with him. Less than 30 seconds later she returned and said, "He's not good. We won't be able to keep him. Do you even want to try the other dogs?" Thirty seconds? That's your temperament evaluation?! Thirty seconds is hardly enough time to evaluate any dog, let alone a young puppy in a completely unfamiliar environment. No reputable boarding facility can honestly assess a puppy's temperament in under a minute, especially in a brand-new environment. It was obvious there was no genuine attempt to evaluate him. It felt as though the decision had already been made. What made the experience even worse was her overall demeanor. She barely acknowledged our dogs, seemed uncomfortable even walking near them, and showed none of the patience, confidence, or compassion I would expect from someone who works with animals every day. At that point, I chose to leave immediately. If this is how prospective clients are treated in front of the owners during an initial evaluation, I have absolutely no confidence in how dogs are treated behind closed doors. This was, without question, the least dog-friendly experience I have ever had at a business that claims to specialize in dogs. Customer service matters. Compassion matters. Patience matters. Unfortunately, we experienced none of those today. We walked in hoping to find a place we could trust with our dogs. We walked out feeling judged, dismissed, and honestly angry. There are plenty of boarding facilities that understand dog behavior, especially puppy behavior, and know how to treat both pets and their owners with kindness and professionalism. This was not one of them. We will absolutely be taking our dogs somewhere that understands canine behavior, treats owners with respect, and actually enjoys working with dogs.
