The cost of the insurance is actually fully made up because it includes all his shots and two annual exams plus dental cleaning. Today Luciano needs an update on his Bordetella vaccine. This is very important because he needs it if I have to board him in a Dog Baording facility in an emergency or if I want to travel. The shot needs to be administered at least two weeks before boarding so this is important to make sure he is always up-to-date. The hours are super convenient and the staff is wonderful.

Nowhere on the website nor anywhere in the store, especially in the dog bathing area is there any signage stating this store's policy. Anyway, I asked to speak to a manager and was directed to Chloe, who was arrogant, smug, condescending and completely unprofessional.
