I think her name was Leah., had worked there a while and was a manager, but came over and literally spent a half hour with us finding the perfect harness, chew toys, leash, enrichment toys, you name it. Had the dog two days and she's been a bear to get settled and get into her new crate and first off the harness we got was perfect even got a second one for when the puppy grows in a few months she already has something to fit into and the dog loves it!! found some chew toys that are also perfect as she kept sharing her experiences with her pitbull and other dog she has and I think she even has a ferret, so absolutely set us up!! We've spent over $200 on stuff and she stayed with us the entire time. This has to be the best customer service I've had ever at a PetSmart.
