It was my first visit and won't be visiting any petsmart establishments again!!!! What the frack, they have stupid policy for costumers buying fish. I will be buying fishes to raise and not KILL. Do I look like I am going to abuse animals???!!! NO!!! So just let me buy the fishes I want. Don't questions me what and how I am going to raise them. I've gone in several times recently to start up an aquarium and then another time to get parakeets. Both times I had Kayla help me out. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about both! The other day I went in to get some feed for my frogs and I was approached by Nick who quickly helped me find the item I was looking for. Overall a friendly staff! I've also had my dog groomed (can't remember the ladies' names) but they did a wonderful job getting my pup looking & feeling great. Never really cared for Petsmart before but the helpfulness of the staff keeps me coming back, and now I look forward to it as another place to shop at. read more

Rude lady in the fish department, come to find out she was the manager name Alissa. I bought the fishes there and return them back cuz they had died she was super rude!! Told me I had to bring in the water to be tested then walked away, I didn't know and brought some water in with the dead fishes in there. She was straight up rude, I will be calling corporate on her. They seriously need to look into her cuz this is the second time she was this rude to me, never going back there cuz of her. I am so disappointed that someone like her would make me not want to go to my neighborhood pet store anymore!!! read more

I gotta say, the people here were actually very friendly and very helpful as I went in with my two dogs (who were yes a handful in the store, they're still working on the calm trained dog thing) and even gave my dogs some little biscuits after I had ok'ed that. Prices were good, selection was good, and I love the big aisles and spacious store. It's a close second to the park for my dogs. Only heartbreaker is when they have the dogs and cats for adoption and they're staged near the entrance. That's hard to walk by on so many levels. read more

I just got a puppy and took her to get groomed she had Michelle and she did an amazing job! They were fast, took great care of her and it was very reasonably priced! I'll take her back for sure, very please with the results and how they took care of my pup! read more

I really like this place. All the times that I've been there the workers seem very nice and energetic. This one man sold me a two way collar at a very good price because he saw that I was having a hard time handling both my dogs. The people there seem to care which is why I would rather drive 20 minutes to this petsmart than the one on Herndon that's 5 minutes from home. read more

OK....Don't get me wrong, their fish are GREAT--BUT (!) So I went in to purchase some fancy goldfish. I found some really nice oranda's and wanted to get a coupe. After checking them out for about 5 minutes to make sure they were healthy, I found the perfect two. Asked for help and showed the girl which two I wanted from the top row of aquariums. She grabbed a ladder and the holding cup they use to put the fish in before they bag them. First off she got water out of one of the bottom tanks which is how diseases are spread. Then she put the net in the tank and started stirring up the tank to the point the fish looked like they were in a whirlpool (I am not exaggerating). Then she asked, "Which one"? I said, "I don't know, I can't see them because their all over the place"! I thought she was going to kill them the way she gabbed at them with the net trying to move them to the front of the tank so I could see them. If you don't know how to handle fish, you really shouldn't work with them! These poor creatures depend on us for their care and livelihood when we put them in our ponds and aquariums. Don't work with them (or own them) if your going to abuse them. Come-on PetSmart pull your head-out and watch your employees. read more

I couldn't be happier with the training services. My dog Harley and I love the trainers. We've been attending classes since February 2017. She's completed beginner to advanced, trick training, CGC and now a class in Rally Obedience. She's done so well we have been able to compete in AKC obedience shows. Megan has been a and huge help to me in taking a skittish pup that no one could touch to a wonderful young dog capable of accomplishing major things in a year. Leah, in grooming is a very rude person and does not know how to cut a Yorkie. I asked for a Teddy Bear cut and she cut all the hair off of my Yorkies head and face. She then told me in a very rude tone that is a Teddy Bear cut. The manager agreed with me that it was not a correct cut and refunded my money. read more

The staff is very friendly, we took our first English Bulldog there for training and the staff was helpful and you could tell a few are true animal lovers. We enrolled our dog Jelli Belly into all 3 dog classes with Sara and she was amazing. Sara was patient with us knowing that Jelli was a stubborn breed at times. Tera from the grooming station always stopped by to say "hello" to us and give Jelli a little love. I highly recommend this store for training your next or current dog (just make sure to sign up with Sara). read more

I have been bringing my dogs to this salon for years. The ladies are very friendly and all greet me and my pups like old friends. They do their best to get me on their books and work with me and my schedule. They are pretty busy most of the time so I usually have to call a couple days in advance. I recommend coming here to anyone that asks!! read more

I've had dogs lunge at me multiple times during the training class (which they hold in the middle of the aisle in front of the dog food). I was walking to get a bag of food (and someone taking a class was sitting in front of the aisle) and just as I approached a German Shepherd lunged at me. He did that twice and the owner could barely hold him. Aggressive dogs should not be allowed in the store near customers because it's not safe. The trainers aren't very good. One of the trainers let two dogs literally get into it with either other during a private lesson and was playing on her phone instead of supervising the dogs. The store is ok, but it's not safe to walk near the dogs in training class because some of them are dangerous. I also wouldn't take my dog into the store because it's not safe. read more

This store is amazing! I've been shopping here and taking my dog to their grooming salon for years and have never had a bad experience, they have actually all been exceptional. Customer service in the store is always great and employees are positive, ready to help and friendly. I have had my dog groomed on a regular basis for the past 5 years with Kelsey A. and she is amazing! My dog LOVES HER! I can say, "Lady, want to go see Kelsey?" and she immediately jumps up, wags her tail like crazy, gets a smile on her face and starts whining in excitement. My mom was using a much more expensive groomer and decided to give Petsmart a try after I raved about Kelsey and now her dog does it too! I've never had any trouble with appointments and it's awesome that my dog loves her groomer so much. My dog always comes back smelling amazing too! She'll smell like her coconut shampoo for weeks after being bathed. The other day it was raining and when my dog went outside I expected a wet smelly dog to return. She was definitely wet, but she still smelled like coconut from her bath 2 weeks prior. This Petsmart definitely surpasses the basic customer service you'd expect from any business. read more
