Thank you Cynthia G! My girl looks amazing!!! I took my newly adopted dog in for her very first grooming. I had to wait a few minutes as the girl who was there was grooming another dog. She was very helpful and explained everything and gave recommendations on what style and cut would be good for my dog. My Scully girl looks amazing! Honestly she looks like a completely different dog! Lol!!! I'm so happy with how it came out! I will definitely come back!

You can't tell but her tail is shaped just right!

Thank you Benny G! You did an amazing job with my dog Rose! We had a really bad experience at a small mom and pop grooming location near by.. so We decided to try Pet smart.. Pricing was higher but quality of the cut and attention to every detail was amazing! Thank you & if you are looking for a groomer to groom your Maltese I'll definitely recommend you request for Benny G!

The graduation ceremony . How adorable

Arianna is one of the dog trainers for this facility. She is the absolute best! She is knowledgeable, kind, approachable, and just overall helpful. The store is always clean and neatly organized. The cashiers helped me set up the online app so I can view my points and coupons better. This is just a really great PetSmart! My puppy just finished a six week training with Ariana and has learned so much they even had an adorable graduation ceremony at the end.

Benny is my one and only groomer here. My pup loves him and Benny knows how to make my pup feel good every visit.

The Grooming Department does an excellent job with my babies. I have been a client for nearly 8 years.

Deep Connection K9 Academy - Diana with our 2 dogs! The white one used to be the problem child

We are so happy to post a message about Diana and Deep Connection. We contacted her at the…read morebeginning of the year because we had adopted a dog that had been in two shelters, had puppies in the shelter at 1 year old and had experienced other traumas in her past. Diana worked with us and gave us the tools to help her with confidence-building, trusting people and acclimating into our family that already had a spoiled and untrained dog. After many sessions and homework, we now have a dog that has so much more confidence, has learned to self soothe and is so much less stressed. She fits into our family perfectly and is like a different dog from the one we brought home that day. She was so skittish the first day that she shook even when we opened the refrigerator door. I can't say enough about Diana and her incredible knowledge of dog behavior, in addition to her years of experience. We are so grateful that we were referred to her! Thank you, Diana!!

Where to begin...we met with Diana for the intro and I knew right away she was going to be the…read moreperfect trainer for our beagle, Maddie. Maddie had been having some reactivity issues due to being attacked on 2 separate occasions by a bigger dog. Any time we would walk her, she would howl bloody murder. And if you know a beagle's howl, you know how loud it can get. The neighbors knew when we would be walking her because they could hear her for blocks. And people would stare at us as if we were horrible pet parents so we decided it was enough and contacted Diana for some help. As soon as we met her, she explained her process and how she works. And she explained how and why reactivity occurs. Everything was explained very easily and smoothly so that my spouse and I could understand why Maddie did certain things and how to correct them. We went ahead and did the 8 session package and met weekly with Diana. She laid the foundation for us and we increased training to build on that foundation. Lo and behold, Maddie no longer howls bloody murder when she sees another dog! One of our neighbors noticed and said that he can't tell anymore when we walk her because he doesn't hear us anymore. And every time we spot him during our walks, he's always so impressed with her training and how far she's come along. We ended our training with Maddie learning "down" and we are planning on doing more training sessions to further build on Maddie's training with e-collar training and more obedience. I can't begin to thank Diana enough for all that she's done for us and for our chonk. Diana is super awesome and an amazing trainer. She provides you with the guidance that you need. She's always available if you ever need help with anything or need clarification on any homework assignments she leaves you with before the next training session. My spouse and I highly recommend Diana for any training your pup may need or if you would like to add more building blocks to your dog's training. Diana is amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend her to any pet parent. She's simply the best! Oh, and her dog, Moose, is awesome too!

In addition to that, they have a new groomer, Erick, that has bathed her a couple times and also does fur cuts. We have been having issues with burrs in our backyard getting stuck in her curly fur (she is a goldendoodle) and he took care of that for me. Now we are set for the summer, and I don't have to worry about digging out burrs on a daily basis. This service makes it so convenient for our family. Plus: Convenient, knows what he is doing, reasonable cost Cons: can't think of any.

The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and clearly well maintained. However, the pricing…read morestructure is extremely high and continues to increase. Boarding is now (February 2026) close to $100 per night for a small/medium dog, which already places it on the higher end compared to other facilities. In addition to that, there is a flat $35 late checkout fee and a $25 same-day reservation fee! The added charges feel excessive, especially when availability could simply be declined if they are fully booked for boarding that day. (Like other facilities) Pickup and drop-off window times are very limited, particularly on weekends with verrry little flexibility. Communication can also be frustrating, as phone calls often go unanswered, and reminders about pickup times can feel overly aggressive. While the facility is aesthetically impressive, the overall cost and rigid policies, staff may not justify the value for many pet owners.

Nova was still a puppy and had a lot of energy, but had a rough start at the shelter after being turned in as a stray. Needless to say, she needed some work. The shelter gave us a trainer to work with, who solved some of the issues, but not all; and not the core problem. We also had another rescue at home so, the dog aggression and fear was a big issue. We tried to work through things on our own, but had hit a plateau and still had issues with fear, people, and dog aggression. For two years, I read endless reviews, looked at several programs, and a few rehabilition specialists. I scoured the Angel City Pit Bull site in search of any help. That's when I came across The Fouche Way - Brandon Fouche. I read ALL of the Yelp reviews and watched his videos on Facebook daily. We kept him in our back pocket, thinking we would reach out one day to enlist his help. During the holidays, Nova bit our other dog due to being overexcited so, we decided it was time to give Brandon a call. In a matter of days our relationship and understanding with Nova started to improve. The advice and insight he shared with us about dog behaviour and how to handle some of the issues we were experiencing has changed our lives. It's been about a month, and things are getting better and better every day. Brandon is invested from DAY ONE with a singular goal to "save lives" which he definitely does. If you are struggling with behavioral problems with your dog, DO NOT HESITATE. The techniques you will learn will last you a lifetime and will definitely turn your relationship around with your pet.

About 3 months after rescuing Zuzu, a 4 y/o pit mix, she had suddenly changed from a slightly…read moreanxious but friendly dog to extremely anxious, highly dog reactive, and territorial of our home. We figured half of it was likely our fault and half was her "real personality" coming through after settling in. So we worked hard on implementing training, trying medication, and managing her environment. However, after a year of completely altering our lives to accommodate her, very little had changed. We loved her so much but felt like we were running out of options. We finally decided to take her in to Brandon after reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews involving dogs that had similar or worse issues than Zuzu's. Because of her complex situation regarding reactivity towards both dogs and certain people, the price of her consultation was quite high ($1800 ). But we figured if it meant we could get our sweet dog and our lives back, it would be more than worth it. After only 4 hours with Brandon and his "pack", we were able to watch Zuzu coexist with other dogs without any aggression and significantly reduced reactivity. She went from barking at Brandon whenever he spoke, to being comfortable and bonded with him. It was like a huge weight had been lifted off our shoulders. We spent the next few weeks implementing Brandon's teaching, while continuing to bring her in for daycare once or twice a week, and now we are finally able to walk Zuzu with significantly less stress or worry. A couple months later, we went on our first park visit in over a year and watched as Zuzu calmly observed multiple dogs walk past her. I even got a compliment today from another pittie owner on how well behaved she is!! Every week Zuzu returns to Brandon excited to see him and all her new friends :) I will be forever grateful to Brandon for helping us keep Zuzu happy and in our lives.
