    Took my dog to get a bath + haircut in January with Greisy. When my boyfriend picked him up, the lady at the front desk was telling him he needed to brush our dog every day, in a really condescending, almost scolding way. Which is crazy, because they failed to mention that both of his ears were badly cut and still bleeding. We didn't realize until he got home. It took over 3 months to fully heal, and now he doesn't like his ears being touched and doesn't even like going into pet stores anymore.

    So very Happy with the Pet Hotel here. Nino our kitten stayed here for 5 nights. Everybody that works there is great. Nino was a happy 5mo old kitten when we picked him up. They took great care of him. They gave him loves. They keep perfect records of everything you pet is doing there. We will keep uses PetSmart Pet Hotel when we are traveling !     If you love your dogs, do NOT take them here to get groomed. I booked 2 separate appointments with 2 different groomers at 11:30am for my two dogs. At the 3 hour mark, I called them assuming they forgot to call me and my dogs were done. They told me they needed another hour. The groomers gave me soooo much attitude saying that my call is delaying them from cutting my dogs. As if 3 hours wasnt enough time let alone 4 hours! I came in to take my dogs because i didnt have time anymore. Cherry on top, they did a terrible job and made my dogs bleed. I talked with the manager and he was also incredibly rude and not helpful. Its not my personality to complain about goods or services, cant even recall the last time I complained about anything, but people have to know what they're getting into here. They act like I was getting my laptop repaired or something... no, these are living breathing animals my family and I love that have been locked in small cages without food, water, or to pee for 4 HOURS! When I got home, my dogs chugged water, peed their brains out, and scarfed down their food. I felt terrible for them. Im going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This was a terrible experience. and clearly Im not the only one seeing as this place has a 2 star review. They simply do not care about you and especially do not care about your pets. Oh and shout out to the worker with face tattoos!! (I didn't get your name) but you were awesome, kind, and understanding. Hope you find your way out of that hell hole soon.

    I am a happy customer at this PetSmart grooming service. I brought my newly adopted cat here for a pretty up. I called over 6 PetSmart stores for cat grooming. Fremont store has what I needed. I couldn't schedule it online. So, I called the day after Christmas. Employee who answered the phone was courteous. On the day of schedule, everyone acted professionally. Not sure what other reviewers we're complaining about. I got emails throughout the process from the beginning to the end. I had choice to pay for the service. I thought I could pay at the cashier. But as soon as I walked to the line... Oh oh. The line wrapped around the aisles. Okay. I paid online in a flash. It seems only few cat groomers in the San Jose Bay Area. I just wish the online scheduling system worked. I would recommend all cat owners to get the fur babies a pretty up like mine.

    Our dogs stayed for 1 night. $180 for both of them. The price went up for the holiday wkd apparently. Our dogs were happy. Got both of them checked in and placed next to each other. Checking them out was an easy process as well. The staff is always friendly and our dogs leave happy.

I reached out to Hailey after a positive referral. During our initial visit, she was very professional and helpful, and the facility seemed well run. We ultimately chose a home-based daycare for our 6-month-old puppy and canceled well in advance. In October 2025, I paid a $855 deposit via Zelle to reserve boarding and requested a refund after canceling. After multiple follow-ups, I was told the refund would be processed. I was later informed that the refund had been sent to the wrong person and would be corrected, with a commitment that it would be completed by February 18, 2026. Unfortunately, I never received it, and there has been no resolution since. I've attempted to follow up via phone (calls are no longer being accepted), WhatsApp (messages are read but not responded to), and email, but have not received any response. At this point, I am still waiting on the refund and have had to pursue formal channels to resolve this. I hope this can be resolved promptly.

Somehow we found Hailey and called her and explained our situation and she accommodated us. Our child, Peter, is high energy dog . She told us to bring him in and she will evaluate. When I brought him in I was worried and had to tell her again that he is high energy to make sure everything would be ok. She met him and took him in and made sure I left feeling confident. She told me if he was uncomfortable she would take him home with her so he would be able to sleep. 100% would recommend Hailey. Outstanding to see how she handles all types of dogs and their behaviors to accommodate them and make them and their parents feel safe.

He sent daily photos and videos of Dior having the time of his life with his furry friends, which was huge for us since Dior never really got to socialize like that before. Seeing him so happy, relaxed, and genuinely enjoying himself made all the difference. Roy clearly loves what he does and treats the dogs like his own. Roy at PawPaw is truly amazing and the only person I trust. I came home to a beautiful, clean and better dog than when I left!! It's like she remembers her early training again-- she sits on command, is quiet on command (now HOW did you do that??!!) and is just perfect!! Holy cow!! Roy sends pictures and videos every day so you know that she is safe and happy. I loved seeing her "tucked in" at night with the other pups. I don't trust anyone else with my dog other than family and Roy. Thank you for taking such great care of my dog. I appreciate it more than you know.

(If you're planning to board during the holidays, I highly recommend reserving weeks, maybe months for major holidays). In the rush of going to the Sunol to beat the 680 rush hour traffic - I completely forgot my dog's food, bed and toys at home ‍. I was too far out to turn around. Once I arrived, I explained my situation and asked if they had any in-house food and how much it would cost. They were so gracious and told me that the can take of the food for 3 nights at no charge - thank you so much!! They'll also make sure to add extra blankets on our dog's pet. I highly recommend this place, and it's always my go-to place for boarding in the South Bay. Been boarding our dog here the past 4 years!

She was super professional, kind and very patient with all of my questions. My boys were very excited to see her at the meet & greet! And I was able to Check-in on them during the week with pics! So cute! Prices were reasonable, service was excellent and most importantly- my boys (pups) were well taken care of!! They have always made dropping off and picking up so easy. My dog is all leashed up and ready to go. It can be quite busy at drop off and pick up but Jessica and her staff make it run smoothly. The prices are great, the hours are great and the people whom care for the pets are great. If you don't like the care maybe you can hire a nanny to sit at your house all day and take your Bully to the dog park and beach to run off leash. To put a positive comment to end this. I just recently had to leave my big girl for boarding for 3 months I had surgery and couldn't have her jumping on me. When I got her back she has almost completely stopped jumping up on me.     I was originally recommended to Dr. Daljit S. Saini by a close friend, so I went in really hoping…read moremy cat would be helped. Unfortunately, this ended up being one of the most upsetting experiences I've had with a veterinarian. My cat had gotten covered in car oil and likely ingested some of it because she was scared and I couldn't catch her right away. By the time I finally did, she had gone downhill. She had lost weight, was drooling, her tongue was sticking out, and her mouth looked burned and ulcerated. I was scared and brought her in because I needed help fast. When Dr. Saini looked at her, it felt like he wrote her off almost immediately. He looked in her mouth briefly and told me it was a tumor and that she would not have a good quality of life. I asked more than once if it could be an ulcer instead, especially because of the car oil exposure and the burns in her mouth, but he still said it was a tumor. There was very little explanation, very little compassion, and no real sense of urgency. What bothered me the most was that I had to point out that she was clearly having respiratory distress before that was even addressed. Only after I kept asking questions did labs and X-rays come up. By that point, I honestly had no confidence in the care being provided and chose not to move forward with testing there. The next day, I took her to another vet. They diagnosed an oral ulcer, not a tumor, and started treatment right away, including IV fluids and oxygen. That was heartbreaking because I feel like her care was delayed when she needed help the most. I know not every diagnosis is easy, and I don't expect any doctor to be perfect. But I do expect compassion, urgency, and a willingness to actually listen when an animal is clearly suffering. I left feeling like my cat was dismissed instead of helped, and I would not feel comfortable bringing another pet here.
