The dog food she likes they carry and it is grain free and a decent price. And while you shop for your puppy and let her explore the store the Banfield Hospital will help make sure your puppy is healthy and has all of her shots. Finally if needed the grooming service is open too with a view. For all of those people whom needs dogs this is the place to visit too. This is a review for the groomers, I didn't do any shopping at the store. They are the most courteous and friendly groomers that we've even taken our dog, Kylo, to. I had work until about 5 and knew that I wouldn't be able to make it until right before they closed on a Sunday. (Yes, I know I'm one of those customers that I used to hate....) They told me that they'll accept clients up until 5:30 so I arrived around 5:20 and they took our dog right in. Kylo is a handful. To say the least.. Every time we take him to get groomed, we have to tell the groomers he needs to go into the back because the tables up front won't allow for him to be held as tightly as the support they have in the back. We warned the groomers and they made nothing of it. After about 5-10 minutes and they called me to let me know it was done. I have mad respect for them because washing Kylo at home is already a challenge. When they returned our boy they told us about how he made cyclone like movements and karate kicked every groomer who held him. As they walked him out I saw the expression on his face was of happiness and enjoyment and not of fear that I would have expected from his naughty behavior. So I recommend this place without hesitation for how greatly they treat out little trouble child. read more

Megan was super sweet and helpful. She left the table she was at to show us a wound spray for our elderly cat. I described to her that he is in 'assisted living' in our home lol. At 19 years old, we do not want to put him through additional stress and the medicines that the doctors gave him cause him to throw up. Now we are dressing his wound on our own. The vet said it may be an abscess or cancer. We picked up cat food and litter also totaling $46! I love petting the puppies on the way out, eww'n and awe'n over other customers doggies. Many dogs were in dog school w/ their owners or getting them groomed. Lots of action there today Sunday 10.23.16, 1:00! Wife dropped off our newest addition, Rudy, a Yorkypoo for grooming this morning. From the conversation she was having with the groomer, Kimberlee, she should have turned and left. The groomer reached out to my wife saying Rudy was matted and was stressing out over her attempts to brush him out. Now mind you this dog weighs 4 lbs, he just turned 6 months. My wife brushes him daily, which he enjoys...but now the groomer suggests basically shearing him, because of his matting? I will probably never have anything negative to say about this location. They always have the food my cats need. Always stocked on Merricks and the Beyond dry food my cats go nuts over. They also have a great selection of toys. My cats prefer the green stick with the lifelike butterfly on it, catnip bubbles, the plug in calming pheromones, and the blue stick with the long feather. This location also sells fresh catnip that you can plant yourself at home The fish at this location are the coolest looking fish ever. And the associates are so nice and friendly! Store: A+ Grooming Salon: C- It seems they will not take my dog because she just received her rabies vaccination. I have to wait an additional 48hrs before returning. When I spoke on the phone with the young woman booking my appointment, not once did she mention that a dog must wait 2days before coming in. I have been coming to PetSmart for years with my dog. Vaccinations have always been up to date but never once was I ever made aware that you have to wait 2days after getting vaccinated. Would have appreciated the heads up. I took my tiny shih tzu puppy in for a puppy bath and trim. The breeder gave him baths, but this was his first official trip to the groomer. Nails trimmed, light haircut. Bath and blowout. I was so scared leaving my baby dog. I worried the whole time that he would be stressed or hurt. But then the phone rang, and they said he was ready. I asked, "how did he do?" Isabella said, he had no trouble at all and I can tell its 100% true. He was wagging his little tale when I picked him up, he wanted to eat, snuggle and play when we got home, and is now konked out in his bed. No stress at all. Thanks, Isabella! Bad service! have a 2 year old Alaskan Malamute, he's very, very nice, loving, sweet and harmless. The groomer, a girl name Oscar told me that they can't take my dog anymore after these service because of his size 86lbs and unwillingness to cooperate. I paid $159 of their charged for big dogs. Paying that BIG COST, you anticipated that their groomer are TRAINED and have enough KNOWLEDGE on grooming big dogs that's why you're paying expensive. I think that they're only NOT TRAINED or knowledgeable and experienced enough to grooming big dogs (my dog is only 86 lbs, looks bigger because of his fur but groomed every 3 or 4 weeks so he's not new into grooming) they are just very LAZY. read more

We have 2 dogs we wanted grooming services from PetSmart. We made an appointment on Saturday 10/7 for Monday 10/9. We were told and complied with their rules of having the dogs vaccinated prior to our appointment. We noticed that one of our dogs vaccinations had expired on 10/3 so we took him to our Vet and made sure the vaccination was up to date on his Bordatella vaccination. We arrived on Monday morning in time for our grooming appointment at 8 am. We showed PetSmart groomer the shot records for both dogs. They looked at the shot records for our oldest dog and asked us what time on Saturday 10/7 was the shot given. Not thinking there would be a problem, I told them 10 am which was an accurate time. We were then refused service because we had a 8 am grooming appointment and per PetSmart, they could only accept our dogs after 48 hours after that vaccination. There was a 2 HOUR TIME DIFFERENCE TO THE 48 HOURS! We are talking 2 hours time difference to the 48 hours from the vaccination, NOT 1 DAY, NOT 1 HOUR......2 HOURS TO COMPLETE THE 48 HOURS. I was REALLY UPSET. My wife and I took the morning off from work to have this grooming performed and their next available appointment was the next day! WE'RE TALKING 2 HOURS! Anyone needing any service from PetSmart, LOOK ELSEWHERE...There are plenty of other groomers available. read more

Walked in here with ways I wanted both my dogs to be groomed. One has random bald spots all over his body. The other one is still shedding and his dandruff is 100 times worse then it was when we brought him in. Very unsatisfied with the service that my dogs got, do not recommend that you bring your dogs to this grooming location. Staff distracts you when you pick up dogs so you can't even see how bad it is until you get home. read more

We brought our 6 month old Teddy (Pomeranian) to this location and first met Bella-- 10 months later, she is still our groomer and haven't seen anyone else since. Ashleigh is the best trainer! I came in to have a puppy orientation with her to go over potty training and other puppy behavior problems and loved her so much I ended up taking the Beginner and Intermediate classes with my dog. He learned all his commands and got to socialize with other dogs and people. Ashleigh is really cool and knowledgeable. On days that I didn't have classes with her and went to the store I would ask her about different issues with my dog and she took time to answer my questions. She has great suggestions on everything from behavior to grooming to health and food. Take a class with her if you can! I have also been taking my dog to Kat at the grooming salon. I absolutely love her. My dog is a brat about his paws and face being touched and she takes the time to work with him and give him a great haircut. Every time I pick him up, he looks and smells great. This location isn't the closest one to me but I go here for Ashleigh and Kat so its worth the drive. read more

That stores customer service keeps growing down every time I go there. This time I go in for crickets for my geckos and I don't buy my dog food over there anymore because I can walk down to Walmart and get the exact same pet fresh food for almost half the price per roll difference so I only go there for the crickets. When I ask where the crickets are, the lady rudely tells me the crickets are right here but they're not available for sale until noon and then looks away and says nothing else. She doesn't tell me that there's pre-boxed crickets towards the front. I find those crickets as I am exiting in about to leave the store. So I check out with a box of crickets which is double the price I would've paid for if I would've bought them separately then after the lady at checkout rings me out, I ask her can I get a bag and she says I would have to charge you for it. I understand that places there are charges, but why would she not have the common courtesy to ask me if I wanted a bag or not before she checked me out. just a rude customer service all around no information about where other crickets are located in the store that I'm looking for or even ask me if I want in a bag knowing that I have to pay for it there's no common courtesy there and actually that happens in a lot of Pet smarts I have been too lately. When i flew over there, they 'didn't notice' that she had a stage 2 heart murmur, even though she has been there monthly for the last 3 months. They refused to take her this time, and I'm done. Horrible customer service - they let you know every visit that they're doing you a favor to groom your dog. In all my years as a pet owner, I've never had such a poor experience and will be shopping small business from now on - many alternatives out there. Terrible terrible. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Gabby did the grooming and shaved it ALL off when it DID NOT need to be. They are trying to say it was matted but we have been there before without any issues at all. Wow! Imagine you're getting food for your animals for the first time after one of them DIES. Yeah like incredible, amazing, WHAT AN ACCOMPLISHMENT! Then, while you're shopping, you see the kittens up for adoption, and you fall in love with one of the kittens. You want to adopt them right away. You even show them pictures of your cats to show you're a proper owner. Then, the head honcho of the kitten adoption, let's name her Karen, says "you can't have this cat because we don't know you!" So I speak to the manager on staff, and he apologized profusely and said he couldn't control them because they're an "outside agency". He also mentioned this wasn't the first time this happened! How many pets aren't being adopted because the leaders of this agency don't "like" who is adopting the animals? Is it because I'm a colored person ? I'm strongly inclined to believe I was not allowed to adopt this baby because the adoption agency is RACIST!!! There is no other explanation!!! read more

The lady who cut my dogs nails was the only one who seemed to give anyone the customer service they deserved. That's only why I rated 2 stars. Other than that employees need to be retrained. When I went to pay at cash register snobby lady doesn't know how to count I gave her an ex amount of money with change to get an even number of money back and she entered the amount wrong I told her that I gave her this amount she was like that's cool rolls her eyes.
