    The Grooming hurt baby Zoe

The worst place ever. Please don't ever take your pet for grooming. My dog was injured the sad part they didn't call or tell me.

Dead fish on the bottom of the tank. They all died.

It's unfortunate when you buy a bunch of fish on Christmas Eve and you wake up on Christmas morning to all of the fish being dead. And pet smart will only give you a refund if you bring in all the dead fish. Unfortunately I was in the hospital with a parent on Christmas Day so I had my son take a photo of the dead fish. Pet smart would not refund the money unless we kept the fish in a bag in our freezer. We bought about 20 fish. They should have told us what to do if any died. 3 were dead by the time we got home. PetSmart you need to do better. You should take into consideration what happened and what day it happened. I definitely won't be back. Someone else could have done better at customer service when your staff was not doing their job very well. The advice given was absolutely inaccurate.

I would never have known how to train my dog to not pull on the least if not for Robert.

Disappointing experience for my poppy Shih Tzu. I chose this…read moregrooming salon based on positive reviews and drove 30 minutes to get there -- unfortunately, it turned out to be a very upsetting visit. I specifically asked to keep the long hair on my dog's back, which we had been growing out for 6 months. But instead, they shaved it completely. Even worse, they left mats behind the ears, under the chin, and on the belly. When I kindly asked them to remove the mats, the receptionist responded loudly that it would "change the dog's haircut." Seriously? I believe removing mats should be standard grooming procedure -- and if there's an issue, the professional thing to do would be to call the owner or explain. Instead, they just left them and said it would "ruin the style." Meanwhile, the haircut was already nothing like what I requested. Now I have to take my pup to another groomer to fix what they ignored -- and even they were surprised mats were left behind. Sorry, but this is not how responsible pet care should be handled. I'm really disappointed.

My new favorite dog groomer in the Sugarland area!…read more I love the way they groomed my old shih tzu, they did a wonderful job and she looks so cute! I provided a reference photo, and while it wasn't exact, it was still very well done. Other pros: - reasonably priced. I paid almost $65 for my small dog. - very clean and not super loud. Some places, like the previous owners of this location, did not maintain the premises. It would be noisy and smelly, and the AC would be left off. I love what the new owners did with this place! My shih tzu often gets very nervous about going to the groomers but here, she was not shaking at all.

Be aware, they charge $85 plus $15 for brushing and special treatment against shedding, but never…read morehave I ever imagined that they won't even cut the dogs hair. They gave him back to me after a little wash. I could've done in the tub by myself for way less than $100. So full Hair in his stomach, reaching all the way to the floor and collecting all the leaves on the street into the house When he was giving back, we asked why he didn't cut his hair and the response was those dogs don't need to be shaved only scissor cut and because you didn't tell me before it will cost you another $135 to do it now. Then, after telling Tanya that I'm not happy, her groomer simply lied to her and told her a whole different story but the money is in her bank account and I hope I can save another person from using this bad service!! Adding some pictures for you to see how the dog was returned after Grooming .

Alyson with Tanya's mobile groomer is amazing!…read more They are usually booked out in advance (no weekends, Monday through Friday only), so I felt lucky to be able to schedule an appointment via text a few days ago for the only day I could be home. I was ecstatic when I found out Alyson would be grooming, the same groomer we had last time. She is so pleasant and kind, she is knowledgeable, and after a 10 minute meet and greet inside the house, my 90 lb dog loves her. I was able to book the grooming in advance via text, they confirmed the day before, and then Alyson text me when she was on her way. Regarding cost and time, I don't have a basis for comparison, however this does feel like a premium price but for a premium service. My 90 lb rescue is a St Bernard mix that gets easily matted, the grooming cost $140 (I tipped an additional $30, total $170), and it took about 2.5 hours. As I don't have know how much grooming would be at a brick-and-mortar or another mobile groomer for the service he received, I am unsure if this is above or on par. This is a premium 1:1 service, convenient, and the time savings and care given is so well worth it! If you can dedicate hours to another task around the house or if you work from home, it feels like I was given the gift of time back to my day too. She does come inside to get to know your animal to become comfortable with them. So you need to be okay with that. This allows your animal to become familiar and comfortable with her too in their home first which I appreciate, it shows how passionate she is about animals. If you want to be updated during the grooming or if you'd prefer to get quoted if anything additional is needed, she is responsive to questions via text during the session. I am so happy I found them, and I am already thinking about when I can get her booked again.

My mother took our Havachon puppy here to get a grooming since our normal groomer is unavailable…read more Our puppy has curly-ish hair and he's mildly fluffy but he has dense & short hair so he's not prone to matting or tangles. His haircut looked an absolute mess as they left parts of him longer than others AND left choppy spots. Not only was the haircut a mess but they decided that he magically had hair knots in his ears so they decided to PLUCK it out which has resulted in my puppy developing an ear infection. When a groomer finds an issue with a pet they should be advised to talk to the owner about any "solutions" prior to them performing anything. This was not done....We also did not find out about this UNTIL after we visited the vet and called the groomers and that is when they informed us about the ear plucking. His ears were so irritated that his ear canal started bleeding and developing puss. You could only imagine how uncomfortable this is for a PUPPY. I do not recommend this place at all.

I don't usually write reviews, but our recent experience at WoofGang Bakery & Grooming in Sienna…read moremade it necessary. My mom brought our dog in, and while she may not have thought the experience was "bad enough" to speak up at the time, when she came home and told me about it, I couldn't just let it go. We've taken our dog to other grooming places before and have never had issues like this. The woman at the front desk--an older/middle-aged Black woman--wasn't the nicest. She seemed a bit unsure of what she was doing, which happens, but what bothered us more was her overall attitude. If you're dealing with customers and their pets, basic friendliness goes a long way--and that just wasn't there. What stood out even more was the woman who I believe is the owner. While I was waiting for my dog, I watched her talk endlessly to a customer--just rambling on about who knows what. It wasn't a warm or engaging conversation; it felt more like the customer was stuck listening, and you could tell they were trying to politely escape. But beyond the talking, what really rubbed me the wrong way was how she treated her staff. There was a vibe--like she wasn't the kindest or most genuine with them. It's not something you want to feel in a place where people are trusting you with their pets. And here's what really pushed me to write this review: my dog's tail was left looking choppy and uneven. It was the most noticeable part of his grooming, and it just wasn't done well at all. That's not something I expect from a professional grooming service. To top it off, a friend of mine went in a few days later and had her own odd experience. That same front desk associate offered her dog food that was about to expire. She took it but found it even more strange that the lady confidently told her it was about to expire and that was why she was giving it to her to try--and honestly, so did I. That's not the kind of customer experience that inspires confidence. Overall, between the poor grooming, the awkward energy, and the unprofessional vibe, we won't be coming back.
