I am truly please with the ladies and the idea of a mobile vet. Since I work from home, it is kinda hard to schedule appointments through the week and Saturday is busy running errands. Nevertheless, my dog is my baby and she has to get her check up. The process for scheduling her appointment was very simple. The team consistently communicated until they arrived to administrate her shots. Since COVID, other vets require you to sit out in the car and wait until they call you. I didn't feel comfortable with doing such, because I wanted to make sure she would be handled with care. The ladies arrived on time and her appointment only lasted for 30 mins... if that. They were very friendly and gentle with my baby. Not only did they do their job, they were very nice and pleasant. My dog even gave them hugs and kisses before leaving. Dr Han is the best vet I've seen so far. I have three dogs and all of them have been seen by Dr Han before. My 100lb lab is typically standoff-ish and does not like strangers in his face. He DOES NOT tolerate it. But Dr Han is so gentle and knows how to handle him such that he does not mind at all! My dog had to go to GCVS for a procedure which recurred after 3 months. I consulted with Dr Han who actually took the extra mile to call the specialist at GCVS to understand the situation and discuss with the specialist the best prognosis for my dog. THAT IS IMPRESSIVE. And guess what, after that, the condition never recurred again. Dr Han also saved us on several emergencies when my dog had lacerations - I called her and she responded immediately. On a Sunday night. My dog was given the wrong injection by a vet today - I called her and she made time in between her appointments and came for a house call. She is always very thorough and I know my dogs are in great hands. It's hard to find a good vet that you can trust and Dr Han is one of the rare ones around. Yes, she's pricier than other vets, but for the care and service, I'm willing to pay. read more

My Doorstep Vet is awesome. My dog is very reactive during vet office visits and I informed them about his reactive behavior. Without hesitation, they agreed to see him to perform his yearly check up. Dr. Han is simply THE BEST! She treats our two cats and golden retriever. Our self-proclaimed "zoo" takes a lot of attention, so we have seen a lot of vets throughout the years. But, we have never found (in three different cities) a veterinarian as good as Dr. Han. We found Dr. Han by chance at her former clinic practice. We loved her so much that when she told us she was leaving to begin her own doorstep practice, it was a no brainer that we would follow. So, here are five of the many many reasons why we love Dr. Han and why you will too. 1. Dr. Han is practical when so many other care providers are not. She weighs the pros and cons of every treatment plan and recommends what she thinks is best for not only the well being of the pet but also financially for your family. If we are paying for a procedure with Dr. Han, we know it is because it is necessary, not because it will run our bill up. 2. Dr. Han is thorough and explains all options and prognoses in a way that a person without a medical background can understand. With every single one of our animals, she takes the time to treat and explain what she thinks may be going on that day and then what we should expect 6 months, 1 year, and even 5 years down the road. This has been very big for me personally. My senior cat has been dealing with hyper thyroid disease for several years now. Until I found Dr. Han, I didn't quite understand the different treatment plans and what to expect in the future. 3. Dr. Han loves her clients and she loves your animals. Dr. Han has the most personable, kind, and welcoming energy. We always feel at ease discussing any concerns we have or fessing up when we forget to administer medicine on time :/. And our animals, (especially our pup) love her as much as she loves them. 4. Dr. Han goes the extra mile. We can't even count how many times Dr. Han has called, emailed, or texted (both while we were under her treatment at her prior clinic and in her new doorstep vet practice) off the clock just to check in and make sure we were okay. Often these conversations last the better part of thirty minutes ( again, self proclaimed "zoo"). Dr. Han patiently discusses each individual patient, never rushing you off the phone, and all free of charge. She has mentioned that one of the main reasons for starting her doorstep vet practice was so that she could devote extra time with her clients that she could not devote at a traditional clinic. Personally, I think that speaks volumes of Dr. Han as both a person and as a care provider. She desires for every patient to have the gold standard of care, and she does not deliver anything less. 5. Dr. Han's doorstep vet practice is much less stressful for both the animals and the owners than a traditional vet visit. The at home visit is also unique in that it gives Dr. Han an opportunity to assess at home factors ( environment, interactions between the animals, etc.) that other vets are unable to see when you travel to them. My two cats hate the vet. Their blood pressure spikes when we have to load up and go in to the office. They are uncomfortable and frightened by the whole experience, so Dr. Han's at home visits were a welcome change. During Dr. Han's most recent visit to our home she needed to draw routine blood work from our senior cat, Sassy. I can not even explain how much better this experience was for Sassy in the comforts of her own environment. In fact, during the procedure she was so calm we wondered if she was asleep. Additionally, since our golden is a newer addition to the family, Dr. Han was able to witness her interactions with our two cats and offer practical suggestions and assessments of their relationships. We love having her team come to our home! And, as if these five reasons weren't enough, Dr. Han costs no more than going to our previous veterinary clinic. Truly, we can't praise Dr. Han enough. My Fiance and I would give 10,000 stars to Dr. Han and her team if the scale could go that high. Dr. Han has always been part of Maya's life. Maya is comfortable around her, and always shows love towards Dr. Han. Dr. Han and her tech Cristal are amazing! Had an appointment with them today for Brody to have some blood drawn and to have his ears checked. They were so efficient and texted back within an hour with test results on his ears and then came back with meds shortly thereafter. And I'll get his blood work back tomorrow. What fast turnaround! Brody is 90lbs and has difficult getting into the car and always gets so nervous at the vet office. Having Dr. Han come to the house and examine him on his own bed was significantly less stress for both Brody and for me!! And it saved me so much time. I was able to stay busy until they arrived. No waiting in a waiting room or exam room. And with no overhead costs Dr. Han's rates were extremely competitive. I just happened to stumble upon this business on accident, and what a glorious accident it was. My dog, Bali, has terrible allergies and was itching non-stop. She could barely even stop itching long enough to sleep - which means me and my husband couldn't sleep from the noise. Dr. Han and her assistant were super sweet, and you can just tell they absolutely love their job and being around animals. I was able to get an appointment only a couples hours after I requested an appointment, and last night Bali slept the entire night...didn't even move from one spot. The itching is almost completely gone. I am sooo thankful! Also, she hates going to the vet office, so being able for her to see a vet in the comfort of her own home was so amazing. Best veterinary experience ever! Dr. Tina Han and her technichian Cristal were not only incredibly thorough and helpful, but they were able to fit me in the morning I called them. They came by mid morning and saw each one of my 7 animals as opposed to me having to make multiple appointments at a standing animal hospital. Had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Han and Crystal. They were masterful with my kitty who was in a lot of pain due to a blocked urethra so did not want to be touched. My sweet dog just had his first appointment with Dr. Han and I couldn't be happier. My dog immediately warmed up to Dr. Han and Cristal (he can spot good souls :-) ) and the entire process was so calm and free of stress as compared to going to the vet's office. Last week, I had to euthanize my absolute "soulmate" dog--my Great Pyrenees, Rocky. At well over 12 years of age, he was stiff and tired, having trouble walking, and eating very little. It was time to make a difficult decision. Rocky always hated vets' visits, and any kind of driving in the car was stressful on him. I decided that the best thing to do was to see that he passed quietly at home, surrounded by his family. This was a terribly hard decision to make, but knowing that I could let my boy go in the kindest way possible, where he was never afraid and in completely familiar surroundings, was a great comfort. Dr. Han made that happen. She is so kind and so compassionate. Her presence was both professional and empathetic at the same time. Our dog Reagan became terminally ill very suddenly. It was recommended to us that we "put her down.". She was only 7 years old. We were devastated. We had to get another opinion. We wanted answers to so many questions and to know the options. And if we were going to "put her down," we wanted it to be at home and not at a cold sterile office where Reagan would be anxious and scared. Dr. Han made a house call the next day and spent an hour discussing Reagan and the options for her. Before coming to our house Dr. Han had called our regular vet and discussed Reagan's situation and had obtained a copy of Reagan's xray. Dr. Han arrived at our house up to speed on Reagan's health and the entire situation. She quickly bonded with Reagan. She helped us make the decision not to wait. She helped us understand what the event would entail and what to expect. Dr. Han came the next day and handled the procedure in a professional but sympathetic and caring way. She was like a part of the family. She performed the procedure and Reagan passed peacefully without fear or anxiety while being held and stroked by those who loved her most. It was the best we could have hoped for. If you find yourself in a situation similar to ours, I feel terrible for you. Our 11 year old rescue Frenchie was showing signs of UTI ( on top of previously diagnosed liver cancer). Dr. Han was thoughtful and throughout in her approach both in understanding our dog's history and laying out the best options/path forward -- for both the immediate possible infection and long term care. She went above and beyond when the test results came back unfavorably, not waiting over the long weekend to get our dog the medicine she needed.
