Her name is Bella Ruse I enrolled her in the daycare and train. The difference in her behavior afterwards was amazing. I honestly don't think I would have been able to keep her if the training hadn't worked. Bella Ruse still attends doggy daycare most of the days when I'm at work. She LOVES Lone Star. Once we pull on to the street where the facility is located, she start wagging her tail and practically pulls me out of the car to go inside. She comes home happy and tired after playing all day with her friends, while watched over by the caring staff. Whether you're looking for boarding, training, daycare or grooming, I couldn't give this place a higher recommendation.

Con: The actual haircut didn't look that great. The groomer listed when I pointed out some fixes and adjusted accordingly. However I could tell inherently, the cut wasn't that great. I specifically asked to keep the long hair on my dog's back, which we had been growing out for 6 months. But instead, they shaved it completely. Even worse, they left mats behind the ears, under the chin, and on the belly. When I kindly asked them to remove the mats, the receptionist responded loudly that it would "change the dog's haircut." Seriously? I believe removing mats should be standard grooming procedure -- and if there's an issue, the professional thing to do would be to call the owner or explain. Instead, they just left them and said it would "ruin the style." Meanwhile, the haircut was already nothing like what I requested. Now I have to take my pup to another groomer to fix what they ignored -- and even they were surprised mats were left behind. Sorry, but this is not how responsible pet care should be handled. I'm really disappointed.

Some places, like the previous owners of this location, did not maintain the premises. It would be noisy and smelly, and the AC would be left off. I love what the new owners did with this place! My shih tzu often gets very nervous about going to the groomers but here, she was not shaking at all.

On the phone Mr. Booker seemed to understand what I wanted. I was told it would be all good... I was not. When I showed up I should've known... I showed up 4 minutes early then was told to walk my dog on the grass (so the "grass" was in between the parking lot isles which had glass) but I had trust they'd be nice then they plopped him in a crate while yelling to get a leash. I was like how do they have 155 reviews at 4.7. It must be for a good reason right?! As I went to my car a grandma was dropping off a dog at the same time so it made me feel better. When I picked him up...He then said "half his eyelashes were cut"!! As a dog mom I thought okay maybe he moved? Then when their only payment is cash or Zelle (red flag/or supporting local) he mentions my dog scratched him and I lied about the size of my shih tzu. I pick up my dog and look at his front nails and they looked ok. I should've looked at the back. When I brought Chewie into my car to see his brother they are usually so excited... Chewie immediately ran underneath my car seat and didn't get out til the garage door closed while I parked...at my house. I was livid. Then they didn't mention they cut my dogs quick "because it happens a lot", but they did mention they cut Chewie's eyelashes. My dog was so scared I could not reach to pet him once. So I called the owner the story changed 4 times. Started with "he wanted to jump off...He jumped but we got him...Then he had the lead on and tried to jump..." then finally "he could never jump w the lead on." So who knows the story because their cameras don't work-I asked. He has been boarded for many vacations and groomed many times and never showed this behavior. While on the phone with the owner I asked to see the area they were bathed in..he said that was not possible. I just wanted to see how it could've differed from his previous groomers. She insist that I bring their dog beds that it reminds them of home etc. She told me that they clean the kennels, dogs get to go out in the run as they leave the doggy doors open for them. When I got there they were locked up, gross, filthy (as expected it is muddy out)later noticed it was poop on their rears not mud. However, Jessica (very pleasant) could not find their dog beds. Called Johnna who gets on the phone yelling at me that its common sense they would be dirty and the dog beds sometimes get destroyed thats on me not them. I still need to pay full price and I dont have to come back again. Like what owner says that? At this point, I had not asked for a discount or anything, just wanted to know what happened to the beds. I stepped out to call my husband and Jessica comes back out and says "she says dont worry about it just go". She doesn't care about your dogs at all. She will continue to have to be the cheapest in town in order to survive. Go somewhere else and spend the extra couple bucks. She just wants the money and nice enough to get the service, but cant maintain it once she gets you as a customer. RUN
