    Still loving this grooming dept! Amanda groomed my little guy today and took him from looking homeless (he was blowing his coat) back to trimmed and pretty! Took ablut 3 hours but I love that they take their time, especially for dogs with thick coats.

    If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I was looking at the Rosy Red Minnows, and there was a pile of dead ones in the corner. I wasn't sure if they were deceased or not, so I asked. The lady said "oh no they're dead" in a very rude, monotone way, so if you know there's a pile of fish dead why not do anything? There was also two more dead fish in two other tanks. Very inhumane the way they take care of the fish.

    Amazing service. I appreciate their 2 weeks return/exchange policy for fish. I got 2 fish dead couple days after purchase but didn't know about this policy back then. Today feb 21, I went and exchanged couple fish and they made my transaction super pleasant. I really appreciate the help of 2 short hair ladies that I didn't catch the name. I check out around 9:30 at cashier register #1. Highly recommended this location.

I was very cautious about who I…read morechose to groom my goldendoodle--he's not the easiest dog to handle, and I've always been protective about who works on him. I reached out to Sparkling Pets after my aunt recommended them, saying they did well with her doodle. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely upsetting. When the groomer returned my dog, he was actively bleeding from his ear. His face and coat were smeared with blood. The groomer told me it happened while brushing and claimed the bleeding would stop and then start again. She also admitted she couldn't get it to stop. I would assume a professional groomer would have the proper supplies on hand to handle situations like this. Instead, I had to apply cornstarch myself to stop the bleeding. Accidents can happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. The fact that she handed me a visibly bleeding dog and didn't seem to have a proper solution or show serious concern is deeply troubling. When you pay a professional, it's because you believe they'll treat your pet with the care and skill you would--or better. That was not the case here. Never again. I do not recommend Sparkling Pets to anyone who values their pet's well-being.

Now there are new owners (for a couple of years now) and our favorite groomer Rolisha is no longer there. My mom dropped Coco off and I was on the phone when she told them we did not want a low cut. I then had my mom go back in and I spoke with the groomer myself on FaceTime asking if the cut number they told my mom would still leave Coco fluffy since I did not want her hair low. We were assured by the groomer that she would still be fluffy! When I went to pick her up, she had a low cut. I called back (for the first time ever) to speak with management and let them know my disappointment with the service. Instead of being understanding and trying to come to a resolve, the manager/owner was extremely dismissive and argumentative, saying that the groomer told us the number and we agreed. Once I explained (again) that we explained several times we did not want a low cut and wanted her fluffy, she switched the narrative saying they had to cut her low because of matting. In the past if matting was an issue, I would get a phone call from Rolisha or the front desk explaining that and requiring me to approve the lower cut. After going in circles, I was over it and just them know how disappointed I was that they took no accountability. Again, in over 6 years this is the first phone call they've ever received from me. Extremely disappointed in the owner/management and lack of accountability. I really wish I would have gotten Rolisha's information before she left!

I have been bringing my dogs and numerous foster cats here since they opened a few years ago, and they have always treated me and my animals with love. Gloria and Dana are my pets groomers and my animals are always happy when I drop them off and when I pick them up. They are always so clean and the staff is in constant communication with me. One of my dogs is animal reactive, but they accommodate his needs and we schedule grooming days that will not interfere with other customers. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was really disappointed in what people were saying. The world doesn't revolve around you people. Mistakes and cancellations can happen in business, and in life. Get over yourselves! This place is great and you people should definitely use them for their pets needs.

When I picked them up, I discovered a cut on one dog's paw that was bleeding, along with a cut on the right side of my other dog's eye. I wasn't informed about these injuries at the time of pickup. While I understand that accidents can occur, I would have appreciated a heads-up. Initially, I thought the blood on the car seat was from menstruation, and I only noticed Malu's injury after we got out of the car. This was the first time we encountered such issues, and it would have been helpful to be notified that both dogs had cuts. I attempted to call for clarification and sent two emails and text messages, but I never received a response. I would appreciate at least a call back as I haven't heard anything at all.

Around two hours turnover time to get both kittens done; however when I received them they did seem a bit different. My kittens are usually very active and run around (due to them being kittens of course); however, when I got back home. They seemed very down and very sluggish. Barely ate any lunch and have been very slow and not their usual selves. My girl cat has even started to hiss at his brother but this could be due to the cologne used on him. I'm not sure what happens behind those closed doors but I know my kittens are not like this. I hope they return to their normal selves soon.

Mind you I am a minor and the man had no right to keep getting closer to me. would not even let me take a picture of the cats adoption description. He also kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain I was going to leave I just needed to take a photo of the description first. But no he decided that he must pretend to have power he does not have. Instead of being calm and saying that I couldn't take the picture and must leave he just kept repeating the same statement over and over like that helps while aggressively stepping closer . DO NOT bring your kids here as they will not treat them kindly. now I know why so many cats can't get adopted. Because some social worker don't know how to respect others and be mature adults.

However, I have to downgrade this one to a two-star because some of the employees really shouldn't be working in customer service. I don't want to get too specific but they have some pretty nasty folks working here. As well as some friendly ones of course.
