Staff was friendly, and if it's your first time coming in, they give you a run-down on how everything works. They provide everything that you need (shampoo, conditioner, soap scrub brush, drying towel, slicker brushes, deshedding comb, finishing spray, aprons and high velocity dryers). I was able to bathe my fur baby Milo, and got him looking like he is fresh from the groomers. Staff will come and disinfect the tubs and drying stations and put clean items out for the next customer.For $21, this is definitely a deal. I am definitely coming back to use the self-service wash!

They set clear expectations of the grooming outcome. I wanted to keep her skirt a little longer but since she was matted under her legs, we were unable to keep it.
