The building is visible from the main road and very easy to get to. It's much larger feeling than the old strip mall location and offers plenty of parking. The waiting area is spacious with plenty of seating, and there is still a tv to watch while you wait. You know you don't want to miss out on HGTV ;) Oh, and bonus! There is a guest bathroom just behind the coffee area. Remember the cookie basket and bottled water? Still there. So is the coffee machine and a children's area. It's full of the same friendly faces from the old location which is awesome. I loved the staff before so I am glad they all were willing to make the move. The rooms are all really clean and brightly lit, and The ones I had the pleasure of visiting had large windows to look out. It is definitely a different vibe than the old office. It's a lot more relaxing!

So I went to see Dr. Susler to see if she could fix it for me. She took the time to talk with me first, then numbed my front gums, and did a filling on the tooth. It was a very quick appointment and my tooth felt soo smooth when she was done. It looked perfect - the texture, color, and shape all matched my other front tooth. It's been several weeks now and my tooth is still perfect! Their office looked very nice and all of the staff I encountered were very friendly! I'd highly recommend going to Dr. Susler for any of your dental needs! If I lived near Waukesha I'd definitely be making Dr. Susler my regular dentist.

That's a full-day round trip -- I had to take a vacation day from work just to deal with it. I also suffer from driving anxiety, and this entire situation pushed me to the edge. Their lack of concern for patient wellbeing is absolutely unacceptable. What's worse? I was promised "free cleanings," but now that the Waukesha location is gone, am I expected to continue driving to Illinois for routine care? That's not only impractical -- it's outrageous. I've repeatedly asked for a refund so I can go somewhere local, but they've ignored me. After paying thousands of dollars, this is absolutely ridiculous. I expected professionalism and support -- instead, I've gotten ghosted, gaslit, and left in the dust. Eon Clinics has been horrible to work with.
