As a Jew, if that was the intention, it came across more like a punchline than a tribute. Presentation across the board looked rushed and sloppy. The real question is: who is the chef and what exactly are they doing back there? Because if your entire concept is a chop house and the steak is the worst part of the meal, something has gone very wrong.
