After meeting with 4 companies about painting the exterior of my house, I decided upon Pfiefer Professional Painting for several reasons. 1. Kyle was very detailed about what work would be done prior to painting my home and was very knowledgable of the restoration process for vintage homes. 2. Their contract was very transparent and there was nothing hiding in the small print. 3. I appreciated that they provided a porta-potty on the job site for the workers to use. The other companies I met with did not and said their workers leave the job site to use restrooms at local businesses. I was skeptical that that's what they actually did and, if so, that meant leaving the job for 20 minutes several times a day, which didn't seem very productive. Not to mention, having a proper restroom facility isn't something the workers should have to seek out. 4. Their warranty was impressive and more than the other companies. 4. They are licensed, bonded and insured, which provided me peace of mind. The painters arrived on time every day and Kyle was always stopping by to touch base. They answered all my questions and were very patient when I had difficulty deciding on a new color. The job was completed in a timely manner with the only delays being from Mother Nature. They tidied up the work areas everyday before they left and took great care when handling my belongings. They did a beautiful job on my home and I am very pleased with the outcome. Let me just start out with I have been redoing houses most of my life. My parents owned dozens of rental properties and apartment building thru out the city I grew up in.
