Is no stars an option?? Because I had a horrible experience at Phaedra's and left there with eyebrows that weren't done. When I originally got them done I paid $500. That includes 1 free touch up about 4-6 weeks later. My eyebrows looked ok.. but definetly needed to be touched up because they were uneven and not quite finished. When I went In for my touch up, things were going ok until I made a comment to Phaedra about how it was hurting more this time than the last. I asked her to just please hurry up and finish cause for some reason I was in a lot of pain and super uncomfortable. She got completely offended by me asking her to hurry up, she stopped what she was doing and told me that we were done. I said to her.. what do you mean we are done? She again told me that we were done and in so many words wanted me to leave. She told me that she felt like I had disrespected her by what I had said. I apologized and told her that I did not mean to disrespect her. I than asked her to please finish my eyebrows because they were not done. She refused and told me that they were fine and that I was going to love them. I apologized to her again and pretty much was begging her to finish them. She again refused and I could tell she just wanted me to leave. I knew at this point my eyebrows were not going to get finished. So I grabbed my purse and left. I was so upset when I left there and couldn't understand what had just happened. I paid Phaedra $500 to have my eyebrows microbladed and she didn't finish the service that I paid for . I feel like I got ripped off. I don't know how she can run a business being so unprofessional and so rude to her customers. Now I am left with uneven, unfinished eyebrows. I am so upset and completely unhappy with her and how she handled the situation. She is unprofessional , rude and did not finish the service that she got paid to do. I would think twice if you are thinking about going to Phaedra to get microbladed. I trusted this woman to make my eyebrows look amazing and she did the exact opposite.
