Before I could even get dressed, I was repeatedly asked how much I was going to tip and was told the tip had to be paid in cash. I had actually planned on leaving a generous tip, but being pressured and demanded to tip immediately changed that. Oh, and let's not forget that they also require you to pay for the massage upfront before the service even begins. When I questioned why I was being pressured over a tip, the employee tried to block the door and insisted that every customer is required to tip. Tipping should be voluntary, and situations like this make the overall experience very uncomfortable. Tipping culture is getting completely out of control, especially at some of these massage parlors.

My answer was no. Situations like this are the easiest way to lose long-time customers. Confirming an appointment and then failing to honor it less than an hour before scheduled time reflects poor customer service and poor coordination. While I have enjoyed coming here over the years, there are many other places offering the same service with far better professionalism and reliability.

The massage itself was fine, but the experience afterward left me extremely uncomfortable due to how the tipping situation was handled. At the end of the service, I only had a $10 bill and politely asked if they could make change. It was not because I was unwilling to tip or trying to leave only a $5 tip. I simply needed some of the cash for something else afterward. I was told they did not have change available and was then told I could use Apple Pay instead, which I was willing to do. However, once I mentioned the amount I planned to tip digitally, I was met with the comment, "Oh, the massage is not good enough?" which I found very unprofessional and awkward. At no point did I complain about the massage or say it was not good enough. The interaction made me feel so uncomfortable that I ended up just leaving the full $10 cash tip and leaving. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled completely changed the tone of the experience for me. Siri and Lisa are good though once Lisa caused a pulled muscle in my back because she twisted it a little hard in one direction. She seemed to neglect parts of my body and over focus on other areas. I don't see her anymore because sometimes her nails were too long and they had an annoying unpleasant sensation which was very distracting. Siri has mostly been good. I think you need to find which massage and therapist work best for your body and needs. Parking is good and the receptionist is really nice and knowledgeable about the different types of massage. They offer hot tea, water, and a special Thai tea they make which is very good. If they could change the headrests I'd book longer massages.
