Just came back from a long car ride over the weekend and my back and legs were killing me. There was a Groupon for paradise spa and I have 0 regrets choosing this place. Rooms were nice and clean and neat. I got a nice lady named nana and let me warn you... when they say deep tissue she isn't messing around. She unknotted and smoothened out every muscle that was hurting. I bought a Groupon for this place. It expired on a day that I couldn't use it, I called and the man that answered said I could use it on Sunday and we made an appointment for 7 PM. When I got there the old man at the desk who spoke no English at all said it's expired and I can't use it. He would give me $20 credit out of the $95 that I paid... I left there and went to my favorite massage place which is Footprint Massage on story Road. They give a good massage and it's super affordable. I highly recommend them. I felt that paradise massage did not give a good massage, and after that last visit, I will definitely never ever be coming back. read more

Not sure why this place had such a low rating. They did provide a very relaxing couple's massage at an excellent price point. We got a Groupon, but their prices listed at the reception area were not bad either. We made a reservation the day before and requested for 2 female masseuses. They told us while they only had one male masseur and quite a few masseuses, they wouldn't know which massage therapists would be available until the morning of, and suggested us to call in the morning. We thought we would take our chances and didn't call, but they did call us and informed us that if we would still prefer 2 female masseuses, we could go an hour later. We're very flexible on time and went an hour later. It actually worked out better for us as we could run some errands before our appointment. While the place didn't have a modern decor, it was very clean. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and I had time to use their restroom, which was very clean as well. I love that their massage tables had heated pads. Our masseuses were friendly and did a great job. We had a full hour of massage, despite it not starting at the hour. Don't bother buying a groupon for this place. We did so but the receptionist says that they only honor 15 Groupons a day and I guess they hit that number already. I went there with 3 other friends since we were there we just paid cash for our visit. The staff spoke little English but it was easy to communicate with them using Google Translate. My massage was ok and would have been better of my masseuse didn't take breaks between the massage to answer the phone. She did apologize for stepping away and my massage went over by about 5-7mins for the interruptions but it was just weird altogether. My friends mentioned that their massage was just ok. read more

After my massage I tipped $10 and she told me no I need $10 more and took out her Zelle QR code . We made a same-day appointment for two one-hour deep tissue massages. We arrived early, so we had plenty of time to undress and chat in the couples room while waiting, especially since our masseuses came in about 10 minutes later than our appointment time. They were very friendly and immediately got to work. My masseuse found and applied strong pressure and great technique to my knots especially in my upper back and shoulders. But she also did a good job on my legs with deep pressure the whole way through my session. One of the best massages I've had in a while, but that's because deep tissue is my preference, to me that's relief. You could probably ask them to adjust the pressure if you prefer a softer touch, but just know the massage therapists here are powerful. The setting was clean and inviting, typical decor for a massage parlor. And light melodies playing in the background during our treatment added to the relaxing atmosphere. I bought a Groupon for me and my friend to go relieve some stress and get a message but couldn't book an appointment. Once I mentioned that I had a Groupon I was hit every single time with "we will call you back" only to never receive a call back. The only time someone gave me the time of day was when I asked them to book a reservation and the lady was ready to book me one right away but when she asked how I will be paying and I mentioned a Groupon voucher she immediately switched up her costumer service and told me she would call back if there was any availability. This happened so much my voucher expired before I could even use them. After $100 later and no massage I can safely say that these people are not professional when it comes to prepaid vouchers. Beware of you come here from Groupon and some advice towards you, ask for the refund before it's too late! read more

Although there was a little difficulty understanding since the man in the front spoke very little English and it seems no one else who worked there understood any better. The experience itself went well. The massage was great. It wasn't until I was leaving that I noticed they only accept cash tip. I HIGHLY recommend bringing cash. Since I didn't have any they gave me the option to zelle. What I didn't like was that although we had payed for our full service they wouldn't let us leave until our tip was received. A little bit of mixed feelings here. We arrived 15 minutes before our couples massage appointment and looked as if they overbooked. We were not given our room until an hour and 15 minutes later. And this was when the place looked almost empty. They were nice and very apologetic about the delay though. The room was a little too dark and looked a little old. The place is not too pleasant to look at. The massage experience was actually good. We got the hot stone therapy and it was a very relaxing experience. My masseur felt like he was doing this for a while, giving just the right amount of pressure. He was checking with me if I was comfortable and I was. Came here for foot massages and I had a man masseuse and my boyfriend had a woman masseuse and we feel like we had the same experience. It felt rushed and didn't ask us what type of pressure we wanted, they were nice and the ambience was relaxing but we were there for the massages. Not sure why this place gets so much hate. They are friendly and straightforward. It's more reasonably priced than other spots. Hence the tip is almost mandatory. I have been a long time customer there but I feel that their service and cleanliness is deteriorating. I went in for a massage, they gave me a room where the sheets were not cleaned and it smelled like someone's sweat. After that was changed and during the massaged the other staff chatted and laughed loudly with no regard for the customers going in there for a relaxing experience. My masseuse asked them to bring the noise level down but they continued on. It was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. read more

So many bad reviews in 2023, if you're expecting a high end massage spa you will end up paying more. I've been a customer of Paradise Spa for many years now and happy with the massage therapy services provided by Mai. Mai has never once pestered me with the amount tipped. You're getting a service and have to understand that a decent tip is required so factor it in with the amount save already going to Paradise. I can not speak for the foot massage services but can tell you that the ones at the malls provide better services because they want to bring in more customers. The goal to any massage service even feet is to find a good masseuse that you are comfortable with. I can't speak for the other providers but I recommend Mai at Paradise Spa as an option for your masseuse candidate . Don't plan on going to any business if you're not going to be patient and respectful. In return I'm sure that you will be treated the same way. This was our go to place but unfortunately not anymore. My mom and I went for a massage earlier tonight and were really disappointed with the service. We arrived 90 minutes before closing and asked if it was still okay, and the lady assured us they typically don't close until 11. We both got full-body massages in the double room, but a lot went wrong. My mom's masseuse left for 10 minutes to use the restroom, yet we still finished at the same time. Despite repeatedly telling my masseuse that the pressure was too hard, she continued using the same strength, mainly her elbow and arm, which was uncomfortable. She also answered her phone during the massage. At the end, they were both unhappy with the tip, but it reflected the service. read more

Massage was very good. Front desk was late to open up, so us 10am appointment holders had to wait by the door for some time before they checked us in. I got the 70min body deep tissue and 30min foot deal from Groupon. In order to use this deal, you have to make appointments before 4pm each day. So I went there on a Sunday. One star off is also for weird smell of my massage bed. Since I had to face down, I could smell it throughout the entire massage. My masseuse Eva got pressure points accurately.
