I have been here .many times before. It used to be fine. But today I just saw new staff, the place was smelling at bit. I ignored the signs and then the massage was bad. (Rough hard, not focusing on all areas; to a point where I was in more pain when I walked out). Done with this. Not going there unless it is one of the known previous staff. I went to this massage place for a standard 90 -minute session and overall it was pretty mid. The massage itself was decent nothing amazing, but it got the job done and helped work out some knots. The therapist was professional enough, the room was clean, and the ambiance was relaxing with decent music and lighting. What brought it down for me was the tipping pressure. She asked for my $20 tip after my session, which felt a bit pushy for the level of service I received. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't memorable either. The massage was really great. I got a standard Swedish massage for $65 which is a good price. I have to take away a star because when I gave my masseuse a $12 tip (18%), she asked me to tip more. At least $20 she said. I did it because I don't like confrontation over money but a $20 tip is 30%... not very reasonable. The price of the massage should just be increased. read more

The lady I had was good, strong, but not super consistent. Forgot areas I asked not to massage and started off with medium pressure when I booked a deep tissue. She recommended deep tissue massage, which is $10 more, but I don't think it's any different from the first time I had. And she asked for $20 tips after I complained about her service. No frills massage spot - rooms are plain but seem clean in the dim lighting. They emphasize that they sanitize between each person, but this should be the norm at these types of establishments anyway? I appreciated that my masseuse kept checking in with me during my massage, but her constant question of "ok?" actually made the experience less relaxing. Also, despite feeling alright during the session, my lower back ached in the following 2 days. You can also hear all the outside noises, making it a not-so-relaxing experience. Overall, it was ok except for the following: my 60 minute session was only 50 minutes long and the masseuse scoffed at my 15%+ tip. I checked the clock in the room just to see how many minutes I'd be jipped (5 minutes is typical, but 10 minutes of a 60 minute session is a bit excessive). I found it weird to prepay before the massage to begin with, but just wanted to bolt out when I heard the lady scoff at my tip in Chinese; she didn't realize I could understand the language I guess. Not a terrible spot if you need a massage last minute, I called in 2 hour prior and heard someone call in an hour before, but just be prepared to tip way more and deal with being jipped a bit of time! read more

The massage itself was fine but this place has now twice not been able to honor me booking two massages at the same time. Both times it happened, I had called ahead of time to request two massages for my fiancée and I and both times they thought I had only booked one massage, resulting in one of us having to leave and not get one. The first time I thought it was an honest mistake but it seems to be a trend. And then after it happened the second time and only my fiancée could get a massage, they asked her to double her tip as she was leaving. Even when she was already giving a standard 15% tip. Happened to be in the area and went in for a massage. I did the 90 minute massage and was happy they could take a walk in. The ambience and relaxing atmosphere was however non existent. There was a light on the whole time in the massage room and there was no calming music or essences for a calming feeling. The massage therapist was good but kept getting interrupted to leave the room 2-3 times and broke the flow of the massage. It was also strange that you had to pay ahead of the massage and were asked to tip after depending on the massage duration. They also charge an additional $2 for credit card so would better to bring cash. The whole experience was not great and will not be returning. read more

I found this wonderful place.I was treated in a great way. The receptionist was very polite and cordial and received me with a smile from ear to ear.. Wendy and Annie are by far the best Asian massage therapists I have been treated in the South Bay Area. Both of them know how to deliver a proper deep tissue massage - I had back and shoulder tightness from lifting weights and they both know how to go deep and consistently in the knots. The place is in a shopping plaza, parking can be chaotic at times, depending on the day, but for the most part as soon as you enter the room, you will get a relaxing vibe. A star for the receptionist, she was kind and accommodating. The massage itself was not pleasant and I would not recommend. Some things I didn't like that my masseuse did: - she put her elbow on my spine - she used her elbow on my ribcage - privacy was lacking--both my partner and I would have appreciated being covered up more, and give a heads up when the cover is being moved - the whole massage was so rough and random. I came in sore and I walked out even more sore, knees aching, and with a massive headache To be fair, I should have walked out mid massage. So glad I ran into Wendy today. My back has been extremely sore, probably due to computer work and poor posture. I asked Wendy to focus on my upper and lower back regions. This is a very genuine, no frill massage place. I was greeted by friendly faces. I did the aromatherapy massage with the tea tree oil, and it smelled so relaxing, it made me think I was in an oasis somewhere near the beach or rainforest. The soft music made me forget I was in a shopping center. So don't judge a book by it's cover. This is a hidden gem! My masseuse, Mia, was a tiny framed lady with the strongest hands. When she found a troubled spot which gave me so much pain, she went an extra mile to bring me a cooling ointment which she used to massage that area, then the hot towel after, made it feel so good! I have been searching for a go to spot for the longest time and i'm so glad I finally found a spot that is relaxing, but also gets all my knots out without hurting or feeling like I need to adjust the pressure level. It's not your average fancy looking massage place, but it is safe to say that it's decent looking and it's clean. Upon entering, we were greeted by kylie, and she greeted us with a big smile, and she was accommodating and very friendly. This place doesn't have a foul smell or too much scent that's out of the ordinary, which i like. Me and my partner enjoyed our massage in separate rooms, and both agreed that we had a relaxing and good massage after we were done. We definitely like their service. The place is in good location, close to 99 ranch and bunch of other restaurants, spa... in the corner, kind of, of the place so its not too noisy/ crowded. The spa is clean, nice, organized. Good music and clean restroom. The rooms have the same standard, clean, private. Relaxing Spa music. I had 2 sessions with 2 different ladies. One of them seems to be the owner so she is a little busy. Had to talk on the phone occasionally and adjust the music in the middle of the session once. But this is understandable and she apologized for had to go out for the music. They are both good and speak English. They checked if the pressure was ok. Prices are comparable . Love how clean and private it is. To make it even better, may be add some kind of scene?? they have aromatic treatment, but what im talking is more like, I don't know, scented candle ??? I got a 90 min deep tissue massage for my birthday and it was a lovely experience overall. Scheduling the appointment was easy and quick, they led me to a clean massage room right away, and the price was very good for their services. The massage therapist was a little too heavy on my upper thoracic spinous processes which was quite painful and I was sore in that area for a couple days after, but everything else was perfect.
