Do NOT go here. I would recommend that you go literally anywhere else. Trust me. I do not often leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure I left a review because of how terrible the massage was & because I want to warn anybody considering going to this place. I came here yesterday evening with my partner for the 90 minute massage (60-min body & 30-min feet + heat therapy). Absolutely NOT worth it. After discussion with my partner post-massage, we both agreed on the same flaws & the lack of true massage skills. Speaking on behalf of myself and my partner: First of all, the entire massage was lesser-skilled than that of a beginner or novice masseuse. The massage "therapist" only used her knuckles to massage me the whole time. She caused so much uncomfortable friction & pain to many parts of my body. Informing the masseuse not to use her knuckles to massage would not have corrected the comfort of the massage; It was essentially a skill error. By the 30-minute mark, I tried to enjoy it, but the masseuse continued to massage every single part of my body with her knuckles. I'm sure there are good massages out there using the technique of knuckles, but this masseuse was rubbing the same area back & forth rapidly as if she were trying to remove an air bubble from wallpaper. She could not tell that I was suffering in pain (I jerked, flinched, & groaned many times) as she applied heavy knuckle force on my bony areas. We could tell that these two masseuse did not know anything about basic muscle anatomy; Why on Earth were they digging into our bony prominences thinking that would feel good for anyone? I recall, during the massage, I was thinking, "This woman cannot be a massage therapist. She must be the front desk lady or just a random friend they called up to accommodate two customers (myself & my partner)." She did not know what she was doing; It felt like she was guessing about what to do. She was rushing, moving too rapid with no care for comfort, or consideration for satisfaction. When the hot stones came in, she dropped the hot stones on my back as if she was throwing feed to the chickens! Why did she not place them slowly & carefully like a real massage therapist would do? She dropped them on my back from a height high enough for me to feel slight spinal pain upon landing. Even with the hot stones, she was running them on my body like a child painting for the first time on their home walls; Too chaotic, too forceful, too discomforting. I was hoping the foot massage would be better since I usually prefer getting feet massages anyway, but it got worse! She began use her forceful, rapid back-&-forth knuckle technique on my ankles, shins, & knees. Again, I expressed discomfort & pain when I groaned & jerked my limbs away from her, but she grabbed my limbs, put them back in place, & continued. At the end, my partner and I then immediately expressed our dissatisfaction with the massage having very similar points on the reasons we did not like the massage. We almost did not give a tip because of how terrible it was, but we knew it was the considerate thing to do because of their time. We gave our tips to both massage therapists at the end, only for both to stop us from exiting the building saying, "You give more tip. We spent long time massaging you." My partner and I looked at each other at surprise of how entitled & disgusting their behavior was. We said, "We are giving this tip amount based on how we liked the service." The massage therapists at said, "You give more now!" We said, "Is that a requirement?" The massage therapist said, "Well, I had customer one time give me much more for 90-minute massage." We said, "This is the amount that we're only going to give you." They rushed to the register & said, "We do credit card tips, c'mon!" My partner and I looked at each other with deep concern & ran out of the building for our safety & timely exit. Easily in the top 3 worst massages I have ever received in my entire life. Mind you, I get massages about 1-2x a month & have gotten various types of massages throughout Japan, Thailand, & many parts of the US; but this massage was absolutely & utterly terrible. read more

A massage chair honestly would've been better. The therapist talked the entire time and seemed distracted, pressing on bones instead of muscles which made it pretty painful. I was sore the next day. We still left a tip, but they stopped us at the door asking for more. Made me question if they're even licensed. read more

Very UNPROFESSIONAL. No...no...no. We called 2 weeks ahead to book these appointments. So this wasn't a last minute appointment for 7 pm. Was called at 5:20 pm asking if we could come earlier. 6:30 was the time we switched to since one of their employees left early. So we agreed. Once we arrived they told us it would be an hour wait..... AN HOUR LATE? To an appointment we've had booked ahead of time. They said they couldn't do our massages since they accommodated a client who came late. They didn't even try to give us a call. They said they "tried" to call us. They did not, they certainly called earlier about coming in earlier, but not about rescheduling. If they would've called way ahead of time EVEN THAT WOULD'VE BEEN CONSIDERATE. I'm in the service industry and you reschedule the client who comes late. You don't mess up the rest of your clients schedule because some inconsiderate client showed up late. Super upset. No thanks. I had a 30 minute traditional meridian massage from this business and felt a lot better afterwards. I experienced lower back discomfort for a time and was having problems getting out of bed or even getting out of my car. After my first massage here, I was able to get into my car without any problems. The store is comfy and clean . I had a super nice experience here . They were ready for me when I showed up & all the staff was super friendly . Tutu ( hope I'm spelling correctly) is amazzzzing and I can't wait to see her again!! When she was massaging me I felt Like she really cared about me & my body & was very detailed in the massage. We had some great light conversation & she was super nice. I purchased a couples massage for our anniversary and boy was this a miss.. The actual massage was ok, very intense at times but over all ok. The part that made this a 2 star review was the constant talking/whispering between the two masseuses. I would say maybe 10 of the 90 minutes were actually relaxing and silent. I even tried talking to my boyfriend to kind of throw off their conversation but that only worked for a bit because we wanted to relax lol isn't that ironic. I know it's unrealistic to expect it to be silent the entire time but to constantly have the whispering and talking in my ear while I am being massaged was very annoying at the least. I booked a 30 min deep tissue and 30 min foot massage combo through Class Pass. Natural Wellness Center is legit. The staff was very friendly from the reception desk to the massage therapist. They communicated clearly where to put my clothes, asking if the pressure was okay, what the time limits were, and when time was almost up for each portion. The "esthetician" was the person from the front desk. She was talking on the phone while doing my facial. She dug and scraped my skin to the point where I have to put healing ointment on the areas because it's forming scabs. I went here initially to get massage treatment for my frozen right shoulder which was acting up from an old injury. The massage was surprisingly effective at alleviating my pain and increasing my mobility. I learned that the masseuse who treated me - Amanda - is also a licensed esthetician so I asked her if she could reduce some of my acne-related skin infections. I went in for a follow-up appointment for that. The treatment seemed to be of excellent quality as it eliminated my skin issues and my face remains clear. read more

This is not a real spa, the swedish massage they offer is nothing more then hitting. It was like a toddler was trying to give a massage. The old lady who "helped" me was breathing extremely loud in my ear like this was her cardio. She looked as if she had just rolled out of bed. Hair everywhere gross clothes and slippers and very dirty feet. This "massage" felt like the kind of massage you would get after a pedicure or at a flea market. Recently I visited this spa from google search, It was the worst experience I have ever had. The lady who was giving me a massage was so hard, I had to tell her to lower her pressure 3 times before she did, she was almost hurting me rather than giving me a massage. My appointment was for 45 mins massage and 45 mins facial. For the facial she scrubbed my face with a cream, took 10 mins to bring the steamer in my room, put a pack and that was it. We we go to a spa, we like to hear some soft spa music, instead all throughout I heard a man a woman chatting away out side my room. Seriously I randomly give reviews, either when it is great or bad. I had to give this one, because it was the WORST I have ever had...on yeh, it's next to a dog groomer shop...so guess what...all you hear are the dogs barking next door. I found this place through the Classpass app. The place was very clean and the front clerk was welcoming and also nice. I didn't feel intimidated at all during the process. I'm still feeling the effects of the Swedish massage two days later (in a good way). Extremely rude staff. My boyfriend and I had a couples massage appointment here for 11am for our anniversary. We showed up at 10:55 and the lady came to us rushed and said "wait for 20 minutes." With no explanation. Extremely rude. We said we had an appointment and she said "masseuse was busy" and walked away without even listening to us or completing our conversation. Don't go there! I walked in and saw the man is chasing after a female customer for tip. He insisted the girl should give more tips. The man massages me has a strong smoke smell-guess he is a heavy smoker. He answered phone calls a few times while massaging me. He then stepped out and starting eating. I can hear he's eating after he came back continued his session. I saw hairs on the sheet, not sure they change sheets between customers. The massage was 50 mins and I was forced to tip. Great value for a solid massage. The environment was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and my appointment started right in time. Tom did an excellent job on my tight upper and lower back. I asked him for more pressure and he added just the right amount of extra pressure to break up tight knots and built up soreness.
