Easy process to purchase my first motorcycle…read more SEAN was a pleasure to deal with. Once I let him know exactly what I was looking for he made it happen. He followed up to make sure that I was safe & happy! FLORENCE in finance did her best to explain all of the numbers. Start to finish the process took less than a day. Parking lot is located in the front. Would recommend asking for Sean if you are in the market for your dream bike & are looking for a straightforward experience.

I am disappointed with the service I received from the service department regarding a tire issue…read more When I called, I explained that I had a tire warranty but was unsure how the warranty process worked. The employee I spoke with was rude and appeared to be carrying on a separate conversation while I was speaking, causing me to repeat myself multiple times. I then asked if there were any appointments available that day. I was told no and that I would need to schedule an appointment. When I asked who I needed to schedule the appointment with, the employee replied, "With me." I then asked what the earliest available appointment was and was told Wednesday. When I stated that I was hoping for something sooner but would take Wednesday if necessary, the employee suddenly said, "Oh wait, wait, we have a Tuesday slot available." The interaction felt unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful. I would expect better customer service, especially when calling with questions about a warranty and scheduling service. I hope this feedback is addressed so future customers receive a more courteous and attentive experience.

I am also a firm believer in supporting local businesses, so I brought my Kawasaki to Powerhouse. I requested a tune-up, air filter, and oil change. Aside from the fee, I left a tip hoping to establish a good connection with the owner. One year later, in April 2024, I brought my motorcycle again to Frank for oil, filter change, and tune-up. One month after the "service", the mirror needed to be replaced, and a minor oil leak, as per Frank, required fixing. After a couple of days, I picked up my bike. Frank told me: "You would not believe how dirty the oil was"! I replied, "Frank, do you keep records of what you do? I paid you to change the oil less than one month ago." I got on the motorcycle to go home. After one mile or so, the hot oil busted out of the engine and started to splatter all over. I quickly returned to the shop. Needless to say, I was angered by the events. Without commenting, I left the motorcycle with Frank. A couple of days later, Frank called asking me to pick up the motorcycle. He was irritated that I could not pick up the vehicle that very day. During our tense conversation, Frank tried BLAMING ME for his botched "repairs" and his evident neglect. He also said that he "would not charge me this time." I mean, how much more arrogant can one be? At the end of the exchange, I gave him a piece of my mind, and he apologized. Fast forward three months, I took the motorcycle to a trusted mechanic in another state. It turned out that the air filter, for which I paid twice, was never changed. The filter that we took out was at least 10 years old. I doubt that the oil was ever changed because it was as dirty as can be. This story is very troubling and should serve as a warning to Frank's future customers. I was not only cheated but literally, my life was endangered because Frank didn't care to take the vehicle for a test ride before giving it back to me. I have photographs and videos to back up my claims. I hope you are reading this, Frank. I told you I was a photographer. You should have been careful, not to mention honest with me.

I love my 2010 Kawasaki Z1000 bike after re-tune at Powerhouse Motorcycles, getting better mileage, runs smoother and more predictable now and finally no more occasional popping sounds on deceleration! In dire need of a moped helmet, I pulled in to browse around (I hope my folks don't read, but at least I'm practicing safety first!). Also, from all the super nice ATVs lined up outside, I couldn't wait to see the rest of their bikes, jet skis, etc. To be completely honest, I was a little hesitant walking in, as I sort of expected a tough sell on price points beyond my budget. I only say this based on my previous experiences at car dealerships, but what I experienced at Maximum Motorsports was nothing of the sort. I got to browse literally the entire store without anyone looking over my shoulder. All of their employees are super chill and down-to-earth yet very knowledgeable and are around if you need extra help. Shoutout to one of the managers, Tommy, who noticed me looking a little lost and confused in the helmet section (what an awesome inventory, by the way!). Without any pressure whatsoever, he really helped me narrow down some options based on my budget, own personal preferences, and riding styles. He even searched in the back to locate an amazing helmet that happened to be on clearance sale. He scored me such an awesome deal off the original sticker price that I was able to purchase some great riding gloves and even an extra part that I needed for the fuel tank. We shared riding stories and even showed me a couple of photos of his own personal builds. I love meeting people that are passionate about what they do, and Tommy definitely knows his stuff. On the way out, I took a liking to one of their 2023 Kawasaki bikes, the Z125 PRO. With end-of-season discounts and rebates, it was only about $2,500 or so. Such a great deal for such a beginner-friendly yet fun modern bike! I don't quite have the space, but it's definitely on my radar down the road. It's an easy 5/5 from me!

Danielle who did my loan paper work was a nightmare. Spent the hole time telling me how her and the owner do drugs in hotels and she was having trouble with my loan paper work because she's new. Told me mac wouldn't help her because he had a thing for her but found out she's messing with the owner. Had to redo my paper work 3 times and when I finally left still got a call from the bank for mistakes she made. The the zx6r I bought had a recall and they told me my parts weren't there till kawasaki told me the day they where delivered and I told them I knew they had the parts and I threatened to leave this review. Now a few months later and the bike has a recall for the same issue with a do not ride order. Which is Kawasaki fault not there's but I asked for a letter stating there's no fix and john who works in service tells me he can't give me a letter because he has no time to write one which is a lie because he spent more time talking to me then it would of taken to write the work order. After telling him I didn't need the letter I recorded the conversation in which he clearly says theres no fix and that I can ride the bike its not serious just going to be another check. He kicked me out of the store and told me I'm not welcome there as a customer anymore. Avoid this place at all cost they only care about the sale especially for a mechanic to tell you go ride the bike its not serious when the engine can seize at any moment. Which i have on recording! They also didnt pay my loan of when they were supposed to. When I called to tell them its been a month and the bank is calling me they made a 500 dollar payment to my bank. Instead of paying it off in full. Which I was giving a first service free for the inconvenience but I literally have had to fight to be treated decent at this place since they sold me the bike.
