Initially I was interested in a 2023 Sea-Doo spark three up and when I asked him for the price. he. quoted me 1500 over the MSRP. I then stated the facts of the real price but he pretended to play dumb like he made a simple mistake, but he didn't. He just wanted that extra cash. Fast-forward to around early June this year was still in search of a Sea-Doo Spark three up. This time instead of Bobby, I was greeted by Whitey. Initially when I came in there, I was interested in a Sea-Doo spark three up but while I was there, they had a 2018 Sea-Doo GTR 230. I was interested in. I left my name and number numerous times regarding a warranty on the machine, but nobody ever got back to me. Let me remind you again this was mid June of this year. After waiting weeks regarding the 2018 Sea-Doo GTR 230. I was let down and gave up on that hope and dream I then focus my priorities on a Sea-Doo spark again. I contacted Whitely. To see if there were any available, sea-Doo spark three ups he told me he had none available and was going to contact other dealerships so he can trade skis in inventory for a spark. Whitey and his team are great. They helped me in so many ways I can't even list them all. They are a large shop handling and selling so many units (literally outselling any other shop). Im disappointed to hear anyone had an issue, but you have to go there in person to get what you want. Things come and go sometimes within an hour of taking a consignment or if a delivery is taking place and you happen to be there. I could not be more happy with my purchase. each time throughout the process I went there in person. They literally went above and beyond anything they needed to do for me and I'm truly thankful for that. I know for a fact no other shop would have assisted me and got the job done the way they did. Highly recommend if your a serious buyer, you can't get a better price (also MSRP is exactly what it stands for suggested, obviously anyone would want to get a deal or less than the MSRP, but there are several other factors that the public doesn't know or take into consideration). supply And demand, but If you bargain anything is possible. I called Formula One at 2:40 pm and asked them if they could "squeeze me in" for a N.Y. State inspection. Chad the mechanic thought for a few seconds and then responded "1 hour" and hung up. I guess they were busy...... I was relieved because my inspection was expired and I didn't need to get any more tickets. I arrived at Formula One's shop 50 min.s later and was told that they'll take care of me right away and Chad began filling out the paper work with me. It took about 25 min.s for me to be on my way with my new inspection sticker. I gave them a nice tip considering the charge was only $21.00. How the hell can service stations make any money by charging $21.00 for at least a 1/2 hour inspection cost????? Usually more time involved than that. Anyway, that was the second time I've had my cars inspected at Formula One in the last six months and both times I've had outstanding-efficient service by professional mechanics Chad and Mike as well as the owner which I do not recall his name at this time....smile. In summing up, I'll be taking my business to Formula one from here on out because they've given me absolutely no reason NOT TO!!!!! These days I can't think of a better reason TO!!!!!! read more

It is not. Motor, electronics, exhaust pipes, brake lines, and other things have changed. Guy said other bikes 1300 & 600 have been updated. 1300 is next year, not sure on 600. So I call his bluff then he said he's not up to date on the bikes. Then states they are not even ordering new 2020 till April. LOL another dealer said two weeks new bikes will be in. Just looked new 2020 GSXR 1000 is 16,000 with freight. They wanted 17,100. What a joke a new GSX R1000R 17,769 plus 395 freight. That is the top model. So apples to apples they want 1,100 more for same model basic model a year older above MSRP. Now you can ask what ever you like but don't lie and tell me it's the same bike. Me personally so as long as the tires are still filled with air despite being threads away from the rim, would get into gear an take my rear to Formula 1 Motorsports. The minute you walk in you'll never see so many mint machines on two wheels. Cruisers,enduros, Supersports, exotic liter bikes and let's not forget in case your turned off already for all the die hard Harley fans. there's a dealer located directly next door. But getting back to Formula 1. My first experience there was like driving into the track like Valentino Rossi himself with his team ready to rip off two tires and replace them with seconds before leaving the cockpit to get back out into the mix. I remember arriving an hour before they closed and I was in a rush to get to my second job within 30 min. So i pull up park it and before I can walk in the door there's already a guy out front asking me what he can do for me. I told him I was out of tools so I just needed a quick oil change a knew filter and a chain an sprocket realignment. He tells me to bring it around back. So I'm guessing the garage must be back there "go figure" more time to waste I start thinking. So I roll it around back this small alleyway and as I'm pulling it up this one way strip there's this young kid already at the front of the garage just waiting there to hustle . I shit you not I didn't even get a chance to put the kick stand down let alone turn the ignition off before he took it from my hands. Within seconds after getting it up on the center stand, he's methodically ripping everything apart to get down to Buisness. So I go in the waiting room an start pacing back An fourth checking my watch every 1-2 seconds. 10 min goes by and he's got the fairings screwed back in. Oil drained -replaced-knew filter, secured and managed to wax the chain after realigning it. And just for good measures of going the extra miles he tightens up my kickstand. Which as far as I knew was fine. Point being " its the little things like that" . By the time I was walking out after paying the bill. He managed to start her up waiting and pointing towards the direction of the highway exit so all I had to do was get on an go. At the end of the day it's a quality joint. And to play you gotta pay. I fully expected to keep it as it was clearly stated that there are no returns on special orders and was happy with that but Dan actually gave me shop credit. That was great since I needed to service my bike anyway. Today I brought her in for service and when I asked how to get to the LIRR station they gave me a ride over there. I have a Ducati and have had some lousy experiences with other Ducati dealers that are much closer to me so I will take the ride out each and every time and be glad for it. I applied financing for Suzuki and they so hard pushed their Yamaha and they even opened Yamaha Financing Credit Card under my social when I made myself clear that I ONLY WANT Suzuki. I had to call Yamaha Financing which I was on hold almost 30 mins to close my account. I will not recommend this shop if you are getting Suzuki used from this shop. Then, all of a sudden, we were rudely shouted at from across the room and asked if we "were done" because they were "waiting to go home." According to this person (whom I believe was the manager/owner), they closed at 6 p.m. Could we not have been told this when we walked in and in a more polite way? They offer ATV rentals. They are 500cc Utilty ATVs, however they want $250/day and a three day minimum. That's way to expensive. Such a shame, I would rent if it was more reasonable. I can rent a $35,000 SUV for that price. read more
