Warning! Fraudulent, Unethical The pharmacy takes advantage of customers by claiming their insurance is not accepted or that prescription medications are not covered by any insurance and that must be purchased in cash. We have a Cigna PPO plan and they wanted to charge us $160+ for what we got for only $38 at Walgreens. Example: we had a prescription for one pill for which my copay ended up to be $10. They claimed it was not covered by any insurance (not just mine rather by any insurance) and wanted me to pay $100. Later I found out that another patient used their pharmacy and ended up paying them in cash! I took my prescriptions to Walgreens and filled all 6 prescription including the expensive pill for a total of $38. Later, I called them on a different day and asked if they accept Cigna and the answer was yes. I suspect they take advantage of plastic surgery patients thinking the patient is already paying a lot of money for their elective surgery, let's milk them for a little more on prescriptions. If you are an out of town patience, which we were, we literally had no time or choice but filling our prescription at the nearest pharmacy. read more

At last! A pharmacy that is personable with friendly and knowledgeable staff!! I will never go to a chain pharmacy bid that I've found this gem... Do not go across the street to Prescription Center pharmacy.. After the worst experience at the prescription center pharmacy I walked across the street to Pharmacy 90210 and never looked back!! Best pharmacy west of the Mississippi. Definitely the pharmacy of Beverly Hills. Very friendly, clean and a place you don't mind just waiting. Finally! A pharmacy that gets the job done effectively, accurately and efficiently. This place is gem in Beverly Hills. I got my Rx filled in a timely fashion and was able to get some great shopping done in the store too. The pharmacist also took the time to explain the medication to me in great detail. I love this pharmacy and the pharmacist, Sean. He's very personable and answers my questions whether in person or by phone. It's also a godsend that this pharmacy will ship medications to you for free, because I live way on the other side of town. I also spend part of the year out of state, and they will even ship my medication refills to me there for free. The only quibble I have with this pharmacy, and the reason I gave it four stars instead of five, is that parking in this area is atrocious. There's no information about parking on their website, no suggestions of the easiest place to park nearby. All of the garages are expensive, even if you're just making a short trip to the pharmacy. It was a nightmare for me trying to find a place to park when I actually had to go to the pharmacy in-person. I wish they had a better location. Because otherwise, this pharmacy is great. read more

I've filled prescriptions at this pharmacy about four times after visiting my surgeon in the building and have nothing but good things to say about their service. If I did not live so far from this pharmacy, along with parking not being convenient in this area in general, this would be my regular "go to pharmacy". They were quick and efficient!!! When I was not feeling well, the last thing that I wanted to do was go to CVS or Walgreens and be told to come back in two hours. If I ever need to get a prescription filled and I am in the area, I will definitely return to this pharmacy. read more

The owner, Sean, is so kind and just all around great at his craft. Not only is Sean and his staff accommodating but their pharmacists are top notch. They are very helpful, even when you're in a seemingly tight spot, and they are all exceptionally knowledgeable. Amazing place i have been coming here ever since the other pharmacy moved in its location. The other place was a piece of garbage. Pharmacy90210 is great with well mannered pharmacists. To me the most important thing is how the pharmacy techs act they act very nice and great to me i appreciate the service. I have trained to be a pharmacists and i know more about the industry then some pharmacy tech when i ask to speak to a pharmacists they don't tell me "why don't you go to rite aid instead" Like i said great pharmacy stay away from the one near it its horrid and you will regret it. read more

First, they messed up my insurance and never billed them. Once I caught the mistake and they finally billed my insurance, they told me that my dosage wasn't actually covered. This is after I've already been taking the medication for months and have spent thousands of dollars thinking I would eventually get reimbursed. read more

This is one of the rare pharmacies in Los Angeles that provides quick service in store, delivery and additional curb side pick up if your in a rush. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. The quality of the medication you receive, even generic is always top tier and the pharmacy store itself is beautiful with quality products such as ones located in the near by high end department stores. Great for saving even more time , if you need to grab your favorite lipgloss or skin cream or even a last minute gift . You barely walk thru the store before your prescription is ready, only slightly making you wish the wait time was longer than just the average 5 minutes, but not really. This place is a true gem considering the cheap medication big pharmacies chains use for generics, along with the long and time consuming lines and wait times. This pharmacy is not trustworthy. Don't bring them your prescriptions! I never post Yelp reviews, but after the pharmacist taking my prescription and making me wait a half hour, I was told they didn't have the meds and must be ordered. Most pharmacists tell you right away when they are out of stock. Then they promised it would be delivered the next day if I paid ten dollars extra. The prescription never arrived. I spoke to Andy on day three, and he promised it would be delivered. By 6pm, still no delivery. When I called to cancel the order in order to get it at another pharmacy, Andy tells me it is too late, and already off with some driver. Don't let your prescriptions be held hostage by this pharmacy! read more

This place runs hot and cold. Sometimes decent service but lots of mix-ups and lots of excuses that I would be fine with IF EVER the pharmacist would take responsibility. One good employee but the rest can be rude. read more

I staff has denied receiving three fax transmissions over the course of three weeks to fill a compounded pain medication. My physician's office showed me confirmation of FAX transmission. Today, when I was at my physician's office they called the pharmacy and the person taking the call said I would have the medication tomorrow. Then at 4:30pm I received another call stating that my insurance would not approve the medication. The person stated that he called my home phone as well as my cell phone and left messages. I have received NO messages. They were informed earlier today that I am going out of town on Thursday. I asked if they requested a formulary exclusion and of course they hadn't. They requested $275 in cash. I called my physician's office, complained about the terrible customer service and lying. In the end, I went to another compounding pharmacy and will pick up the medication tomorrow. The cost $69 for the same medication. SHAME ON THEM - Avoid at all cost. read more

This is really one of the cleanest, coolest, and fun pharmacies i've ever been to. Not only do they always have my med's ready within 10 minutes, but the whole staff, especially Sean always goes the extra mile to take care of everything for me, which includes delivering my stuff the same day. He is very knowledgeable, and professional and i can't thank him enough for taking such great care of me. All-time coolest pharmacy! They had everything I needed- even my favorite brands of candles and greetings cards! The store is organized, clean, and very attractive to shop in. The pharmacist is very friendly, and took time with me to explain all my medications- I could tell he genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I felt educated on my medicine. I used to go to Pharmacy 90210 but because of insurance I stopped but now I am starting to go back and I could not be happier. I have a high quantity of meds to fill and I can always call in advance and Shawn always lets me know if he has enough or he'll order more. I am not sure how someone could have an issue with Shawn or his staff, they are as helpful as you'll find anywhere. read more
