It is a small store, poorly organized and alarmingly the person who answers the phone often can't find me in the system OR my prescription even though it is supposedly pending. I will be recommending to the neurologist who is referring his pt's here, to try an alternate location. Their biggest competitor is Shoppers Drugmart which is located within 10 mins walk away. Prices tend to be slightly higher because it is not a big box that offers everything at once and also Rexall is not as big as Loblaw where they can buy in bulk. Out in the front, there are free 1 hour parking but I do find that it is somewhat difficult to find parking spot at times.
