I went back to the entrance where there were two SAs there. One checked the system to see if the item I wanted was there. He told me it was out of stock though the website showed it was in store. I asked about other colors or similar products and he was unable to help. Good thing I walked back to the computer accessories area and managed to ask another SA on where the Logitech products are. And I saw the mouse I initially wanted was in stock. Just not the color. In the end I managed to get what I wanted. I also realized service could be slow because customers like to talk gadgets and stuff with the staff. So it will take more time than usual to serve the next customer. Not a place I will go often. The only reason for me to even shop here is because I have a gift card to use. Parking is available in station square lot.

They then started to telling her that she had to pay out her whole plan and pay off the phone. (She has had the phone for 3 years so Its probably paid off) I went into clarify as......I also have a cell phone I have replaced my phones many times before on the same account all it took was And Unlocked Phone and them giving me a new Sim card they pretty much refused to help us and told us to go to Wireless Wave. We did and the staff there were very kind, as well as being able to help my friend get a phone right then and there. I'm not sure why the staff at Rogers were so uninformed or had such a disconnect with helping a long time Rogers client who needed assistance, but shame on them.

As a reference, the monitor section in the Grandview warehouse location (largest in BC) is the size of the entire store here (smallest in BC according to the staff). As a result, the selection here is seriously quite lacking. This location is probably better used as a pickup point. I'll be heading to Richmond or Grandview for computer goodies going forward. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Also that same graphic card is at a premium price online at certain places or third party seller. We came to pick it up for a friend during Covid time. No browsing around in the store. So whatever you are buying, you would either have to order online and pick it up. They do deliver but the issue is that their online store doesn't have the same inventory as what they have in the store itself. They are definitely quite busy on the weekend. We had a hard time finding parking spot in their parkade. They share a parking lot with the haunted sushi restaurant and other stores in that plaza. There are some street parking but you might end up walking depending where you end up parking. Luckily we walked in and we didn't have to wait too long. They had several people working when we went. So I would say in and out 10 mins which was not bad. I do recommend shopping at this store.

Took it back to LD for a refund which they completely understood (kudos to LD). The clerk there mentioned Kingsway Computers at Old Orchard Mall & see if they can help. Went to Kingsway Computers & the gentleman there fortunately had one (used) but he plugged it in to my laptop. Voila! It worked! Cost me $40 but I'm happy! While there, I mentioned I also had an older Dell laptop & whether it was worth upgrading RAM. He told me no but if I needed a new battery, he would check it out. I think I found a new tech guy here!

I bought a 2018 MacBook Pro from Tradeamac in March 2020 and within two days the laptop blacked out and would no longer turn on. I called Apple to troubleshoot the issue and they said to bring it to a Certified Apple Technician for assessment. NOTE: I found that TradeaMac isn not an Authorized Apple Repair location. You know a store that sells Apple products isn't legitimate if Apple does not even recommend the store as a place to service/sell an Apple product. I took the computer to a technician at a verified Apple Repair location and they found that the logic board needed replacing and that it had internal water damage dating back to June 2019! They confirmed this by showing the Apple Support history connected to this serial number. I brought the computer back to Tradeamac and I provided them with the Apple report regarding the 2019 water damage and TradeaMac's owner took NO RESPONSIBILITY, put the blame on me saying that I or the Apple Technician I brought it to caused the damage and would not refund me my $1,600 for this computer, when the water damage existed prior to the sale! This was possibly the worst purchasing decision I could have made. TradeaMac sold me a faulty computer and should have their business license taken away from them.
