Please go elsewhere. Also if you want to talk to management good luck because they are always away from the phone. I can't wait to fire them! The doof that came over installed something called a Studer valve under our sink, claiming that he was "100 percent sure" that was our problem and not a clog. $200 later, our sink was still clogged, so he snaked it and, miracle of miracles, it got unclogged. He also "tried something" with the toilet which didn't work so claimed we needed a $250 plastic part that we looked up and found costs $16.99 at Lowes. Also, instead of repairing washers on faucet, he claimed we needed entirely new sinks. All to say ..STEER CLEAR!! We did get partially reimbursed, but Midstate dragged their feet forever and made multiple excuses. Surely there are good and ethical companies out there, but this one ain't it!

I also needed to add another return and two more vents in the house, and these guys took great care in doing the work. Greg and his workers did an outstanding job installing a very high efficiency Amana unit for much less than the big companies in town. In my 2950 square ft home, the electric bill dropped around $150 during the hottest months, not to mention the months that were more mild... and I could not hear it blowing because they did such a good job with adding the right amount of vents. I had a couple of issues with my older unit downstairs, and Greg was always quick to respond and diagnose/fix the issue, always being honest about how I could save money doing this or doing that. Give these guys a chance to quote you. I am pretty sure you will be happy.
