We initially had trouble contacting Flavio, but when we did, he was very apologetic about the delay, and we are so glad that we were able to reach him. We had a whole house audio-visual system installed by another vendor approximately 10 years ago and it has never worked correctly. We have alternated with 2-3 remotes during that time, some of the equipment never worked, and the system was EXTREMELY complicated. We also had the Geek Squad from Best Buy come out and it doesn't seem possible, but they actually made it worse. Flavio came in and suggested some equipment updates and simplifications and then quickly did the work. Everything now works, we finally have our whole house A-V system, it is simple to use, and we need only ONE remote! Flavio later came back to install a fan to control the heat in the equipment cabinet and did not charge for the additional labor. I recently went a little overboard and purchased a LG 55" 2018 4K OLED HDR Smart TV with AI ThinQ. Having spent that much on a TV, I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to install the TV. I contacted Flavio (who actually answered the phone himself when I called), and he came and moved my slightly smaller, and older, Smart TV from my family room to my bedroom. Then he placed the new TV into my TV cabinet, where it fit exactly. He took out all old equipment, speakers, and wiring, and got both TVs functioning perfectly, hooked to the internet, and set up for Amazon Prime, Netflix, and U-tube. More importantly, he spent probably at the very least 30 minutes (outside of the installation time) going over every detail with me on how to use the TV to its fullest function. He went over all the aspects of the remote, and the TV. He had me do some of the steps myself so I could use the TV to its fullest advantage. He worked to set up my Bose speaker, switching back and forth between the Bose speaker and the TV speaker so that I could choose the one that sounded best to me. He even pointed out that my range of hearing could affect which sounded best to me, and as it was my TV, I should choose the one best for me. He is truly an expert in his field, but never made me feel incompetent. I will definitely have his card taped to my refrigerator for future reference. read more
