Excellent service!!! The crew, Tristen and Anthony as well as their supervisor, arrived promptly and did the work per the contract. There was one window that posed a potential problem because it was blocked by a built-in immobile desk with shutters. The solution was to install the detector on the shutters. I also requested a fob, something not usually offered. They thought it was unavailable with my system, They did the research to find that they are available and Anthony left the job to obtain it. When he returned, the two of them connected the fob to the system. Beyond that, Tristen was patient explaining how the system worked. One of my questions was not easily answered regarding how to access a chart I had earlier seen on the home page. Tristen spent time researching and finding the answer. Throughout the time Tristen and Anthony were here they worked quietly, conscientiously and with consideration. Update: Recent heavy snow damaged the sensor for the outside garage door. They will be returning to replace the sensor as well as adding a panic alarm function to the fobs. I've also requested outside signs to let people know about the presence of the burglar alarm. Initially this company provided great communication via phone on the first (2) phone calls. I sent tech the video of my surround sound for him to review. Waited a few days to hear back from him. Sent him a text message on 1/10/2025 and to this day he never got back to me. So I was basically ghosted by this company. Very disappointed! If they could not help me or was not interested they could of at least either texted me or call me to let me know so I can start looking elsewhere. But everything works out for the better good so maybe this was a blessing in disguise. read more

I wouldn't recommend this business for a few reasons. Although they did a decent job with the wiring behind the walls, etc., they're not very technical, and didn't explain how to use any of the remote control functionality upon completion of the work. I just had to figure out everything on my own, and it still is not working properly. I found another service called Phase Audio Visual with a 5-star rating whom I'll be calling next week to get the job done. I'm not going to waste my time with this outfit anymore. read more

After purchasing an eight camera exterior Lorex DVR system from Costco, I wanted professional installation with hard wiring on a two story home in Dayton. Austin did a great job scoping the work over the phone asking questions to determine my needs, explaining the installation and took time to answer questions. His explanation really sold me on his technical expertise and experience with what I needed. Quote was provided verbally and through email at a reasonable price. Great communication over the phone and email! The owners Mike and Austin were my onsite technicians showing up right on time as scheduled. They were friendly and approachable with needs and offered great ideas along the way. The camera angles were better than expected. They worked six hours non-stop with attention to every detail, crawling through attic insulation and on ladders inside and outside ensuring to protect walls and floors as they worked. They took time to vacuum their work area throughout the install. Worked great together as a team! Went above and beyond to ensure no camera cable wires are visible on the exterior or at the junction box inside connecting to the DVR with a clean, professional installation. They wanted to ensure I was happy with camera angles on the DVR before concluding. The final amount due was as quoted with no surprises or hidden costs/fees and quality workmanship. Our house was built in 2001, so above the fireplace is a TV hole where TVs from 2001 would fit. Obviously now a days that hole is obsolete and you'd prefer to mount a flat screen directly to the wall. I called and spoke to Austin and said we'd like the hole covered and a TV mounted there. After the hole is covered we'd like to paint the whole space before mounting. They were completely accommodating of our request and when we finish painting they'll be back out to mount the TV. They took the power outlet that was in the TV hole and now it is in the new wall. Cleaned up our old cords to our receiver and did this all quickly, professionally in this pandemic (masks on) and wasn't expensive. I will add to this review once we paint and have TV mounted but couldn't be happier. Call the team and describe what you want done, I bet they can. I was really excited to bring NNLV on for our office project, but now deeply regret it. Austin and his team showed up and did the work, and started off with a bang, but they started dragging it on by the end of the first day and all day the second day. That's not the worst of it though. They were rude, and Austin wasn't really willing to listen to my concerns. By the end of project, Austin had me wait for a map of the patch panel, till the ACH went through, and when I got it, it was wrong. I had even tried to hint to him that we had lots of available projects for them, including Teams Rooms installs and more data drops, and he had been excited at the prospect, but I guess I will just find someone else. read more

What Austin and Mike did do they did well. Wall mounted 2 TVs and wall mounted a sound bar. What they didn't do was make sure everything was working correctly. Probably would have saved me hours figuring out how to set up my new smart TV if they'd stuck around to see if all my new equipment was even working. The TV still needs to be tilted to eliminate glare and if they had tried out the unit they would have seen that they had used HDMI sockets 3 and 4 which made setup more difficult. Don't get me wrong...both guys were friendly and knowledgeable but towards the end of the job they seemed be be in a hurry to get out of here. read more

Disappointed with the service. I was clear that I am not technical and would need help in understanding items installed. They ran thru the instructions and then told to if I problems to call MFG. In addition I asked they either remove shoe or wear booties. The one guy was not happy. I have little or no idea how to use the camera's as they really didn't explain all the features. I was so annoyed that I just let them leave. I won't use them again and I don't recommend them either. read more
